    Had an emergency call after hours and was able to get ahold of ETR. Their technician, Jesus Estrada, called me back within 5 mins and immediately gave me an ETA of about half an hour. He was at our home on time and had a great attitude, even though I know i was pulling him from his personal life. He quickly diagnosed my issues and had me back up and running within an hour of being at my house. Overall great customer service, communication and punctuality! Would 10 out of 10 use again.

    Today Trevor and Jesus came out to install our new 16 SEER HVAC system and Clean Effects air filtration system.     Jesus Estrella at ETR was very helpful, knowledgeable, and personable while doing all the maintenance on our interior and exterior A/C units. He also helped us go from a basic thermostat unit to a WiFi unit that we can control from our phones even when we arenā€™t at home. We are happy with our services and results and would recommend them and our technician specifically for future services. We are happy to have a working system before Texas really turns up the heat!     ETR responded quickly to our needs. They were very helpful in setting up the financial mechanism to get the job done. The only negative during the whole process was a glitch from the Manufacturer that held up the eventual smooth operation of the new system. The problem continued for a week until they sent an excellent Tech. to correct the problem.

    My CO detector was going off in the middle of a hard freeze on a Sunday evening and the roads were icy so all I could do was get in my car and hope someone could help. Thank God that ETR responded to my call! Oscar arrived within 1/2 hr and was very kind and professional. He thoroughly checked everything out and determined that the detector was faulty and there was no problem with the furnace. The extra charge was well worth the peace of mind I had when I got in my warm bed and had a good nights sleep. Thank you for your great service!

    ETR came out and evened the air flow in our new home so each room gets the same flow and regulates the temperature evenly. It feels so much better in here - we had hot and cold spots and were using space heaters in addition to our central heat. The technicians answered all our questions and told us exactly they did and why they did it. We purchased a service agreement that will get us twice yearly review and maintenance on the system plus change our air filters. We are very happy with their service!

    I was having AC Troubles and I called ETR to send someone to fix my problems.     Called ETR after the company that installed our unit could not diagnose the issue. Quickly responded to my call and came out to check our system, finding that our compressor was out. Still under warranty ETR ordered the part before leaving and set up an install time once part arrived. Quality service with great communication. We will use ETR moving forward.

We have used other companies in the past who would simply say ā€˜you need a new unitā€™, without running any diagnostics or investigation the whole system.     Was having issues with water pouring onto my floor out of my air conditioning unit. Called EAST TEXAS REFRIGERATION and had a technician by the name of David Calk come out to make the repairs. It is so good to have a technician that is personable and professional. He explained what my issue was, and explained what it should be doing and how he was going to make the repairs. He answered all of my questions, and then some. I am happy to say my air conditioner is running fantastic and no water dripping anywhere. I will continue to use EAST TEXAS REFRIGERATION as my go to air conditioning repair place. It would be great if I could have David come back if I ever need anything else repaired with my air conditioner unit. He is an asset to ETR .

He did an outstanding job for us, checking our HVAC system, dehumidifier system, changing filters (and solving a noise issue with them) as well as cleaning our large ice machine.     I had the the complete HVAC system installed downstairs and a new compressor upstairs. Always on time and professional. A new HVAC system is only as good as the installers and the company that backs their work and warranty. We had an issue initially with the master bedroom not cooling as well as the rest of the house. ETR investigated the problem thoroughly including bringing in their engineer to design new duct work. This fixed the issue completely. They went above and beyond expectations. Aaron our initial salesman stayed on top of things until things were working well. Roberto handled getting everything scheduled and Jonathon was great with his work too.

    We just cannot recommend ETR enough! We are ESA members and have them service our home that has several units. They are always so kind and nice and we really appreciate them! Over the years we have had Tyler, Justin, and Larry help with repairs and servicing, and they have all been awesome!Last week we had Jayson who was great, kind and efficient come service the units as part of our biannual ESA agreement. Thank you Jayson! I am always amazed at how knowledgeable and willing to educate us they are. Jayson helped us to replace some components and discuss our last older system. He helped us to get a comfort specialist here to help assess a new unit.Aaron assessed our system, gave recommendations for our needs, quotes and helped us to pick what we thought would work best for us. He is super thorough, kind and patient as we had lots of questions! Aaron communicated from start to finish and even came with the installers to make sure they were fully aware of the new unit and add ONS we were having installed.Jorge and Caleb installed our system and are obviously proficient and awesome. They removed our old systems and replaced the entire thing as well as adding dampers. They worked with the electricians to help move us to a different type of component as well. They were kind and so efficient. That is a lot of work and they did great, communicated with us, walked us through everything and made sure it was all working great before leaving. They even vacuumed and cleaned up without a trace. Thank you guys!It says a lot when every technician and person we have worked with through ETR is just so kind and nice.     We were in an emergent bind. One of our 4 AC units (heat pumps) stopped working and the temp in the house was in the 80ā€™s and climbing.We called our established company, with whom weā€™ve had a 15+ year relationship AND their service agreement, and were told the soonest anyone would be available would be 24 hours later.I did a couple of google review searches and my intuition pointed me to ETR. My call was answered promptly. I was talking to a tech, Herbert Hardy, within 10 minutes and he arrived within the hour (only because he lived 45 minutes away). He spent several hours trying to fix our unit, which was sadly on its last leg.Herbert was kind, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. We didnā€™t feel like he was trying to sell us anything we didnā€™t need.What he said he would do, he had already done before I was able to call the office the next morning at 0800.In less than two hours I had Jarrod McKinley at my house, evaluating my entire system and explaining the pros and cons of what options were available.Before noon I had bids delivered, questions answered, an entire new unit ordered and scheduled for installation.Icing on the cake, they brought me a temporary window unit to keep that side of the house cool until the new unit can be installed.All of this was done before my long term company was even willing to show up to assess the problem.ETR you have a very satisfied customer for life!!

    Tyron was awesome. He was on time, very personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Fixed our AC quickly and was friendly and smiling the entire time.     After a bad experience with another company who said our system was shot and repairing would cost so much that it would make more sense to replace. I called ETR for a second opinion and spoke with a guy named Billy Bottoms, who sent out Royce and James who checked my system over and made the necessary repair at a fraction of what the other company quoted and gave me a price on a Trane that was far less than the unit the other company gave me a price on. After spending less than three hundred dollars, my old unit is working great and needless to say, ETR has a new customer and when I do need a new unit, they will be the one we go to. Refreshing to know there are honest people out there.As usual, Royce and Trey provided us with great service and unlike others weve used in the past, took care of the job without trying to pressure us into buying other things we did not need. We trust them to be honest with us and they have, thats why weve been with them for several years now.

    I have used ETR for years with my restaurantsā€¦ It finally came time to replace my home unit, and from start to finish it was a great experience! Billy and Jarrod came out to inspect and measure... the bid came out better than the others when comparing apples to apples! They got the units in quick and installation was even quicker! Cory, Dillon, Trey, and TJ were awesome! Every one of them brought something to the table... even Dillon(new guy) had an idea that made sense with something he had done prior! Good job Dillon! They put a 4 ton split unit with line set, a 2 ton ductless and a new thermostat in within less than a day! The team ran like a well oiled machine! The communication from them was awesome! Never felt like I was in the dark on anything! Great experience!

    I called for service at 8:30 Saturday morning and was back up and running before 1:30. Preston showed up with a smile and quickly diagnosed a bad fan motor. He talked me through the options available based on the extremely old age of my unit. I chose the motor replacement and he also did a thorough inspection of the outdoor and attic units.     In 2014 I made a decision to go with ETR with an upper end Trane unit. I also purchased the 10 year parts and labor warranty. Today - 09-27-2021 was the first time I needed them to come out. They were very prompt. Jacob (technician) came in and replaced the thermostat without any issues and answered any questions I had. A warranty is only a good as the ones backing it up.     Ive always been happy with ETR and my experience today reaffirms that. I signed up for the energy savings agreement and today James came out for my fall HVAC maintenance and was friendly, professional, and fast. Found a few things wrong with my unit (loose parts, exposed wires, etc.) and corrected them to keep things running smoothly. Replaced all my filters too. I definitely recommend ETR for anything HVAC related.

    Bradley came out today as the display screen on our Ac thermostat went out. That was due to the fact that the AC drain was clogged in the attic. While he was here I went ahead and signed up for a maintenance package. The value of the package is wonderful. He was here for a long time and there were several things that were broken but that were under warranty for parts. The main thing is Bradley found a gas leak in my attic and tightened the hose back and took pictures to show me. I absolutely want to thank him for saving our life as our house could have caught on fire or worse exploded. How can you say thank you enough to someone that potentially saved your life or your pets life? I am eternally thankful and grateful for this company and for Bradley. They are the ones that put the AC unit in our new home over a year ago and we will continue to use their services. I cannot say enough good things about them!

    Call ETR Saturday late morning to see if I could get someone to come fix my A/C unit. Jesus the service technician called me back and said that he was completely booked but would do his best to fit me in. Later that evening he called and said that he was on his way. Once he arrived he quickly discovered the blown transformer. ETR being prepared, had the part on his truck. Jesus replaced the part and made sure the system was operating properly before leaving.ETR is the only number that I need for any heating and air needs.

    Dylan Wall was great. Came out to check on my AC (I have two units). He determined that I was low on coolant, asked many questions, and found a bad contactor on the second unit while charging it.
