Deans response time was quick. I had an emergency call and he was there fast. He was professional and the work was top notch. The prices were fair but above all he was great to deal with, overall a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Dean from Ducts in a Row heating & air

WOW!! Professional, knowledgeable, always on time...and respectful of our property! I cant say enough about Dean and the work they do! they installed two mini split units for me in my workshop and did a fantastic job! After they cleaned up the area and the units work great! Communication was first-rate, and I would absolutely recommend him for any job, big or small! They are a wealth of knowledge!!

Dean was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable and his work is flawless. He not only installed for us, but made sure he communicated along the way. He left the worksite better than he found it and advised us on an issue we had not related to his work. He is top notch and we will use him for any hvac needs moving forward. He is our go to guy!!!!!

After years of paying another company lots of money to treat the symptoms of my HVAC issues, I decided to get another opinion and now I wish Id done it sooner. Dean was able to determine almost immediately that the issue was likely due to a poorly installed system. One thing I really appreciated was that Dean tried the most conservative approach first. It took a little longer to get to the root cause of my issues, but I appreciated the fact that he was trying to mitigate the cost for me. His rates are fair, and he doesnt try to sell you unnecessary services or products like some of the other companies do. Mine was a tricky issue, but Dean didnt give up and we finally got it resolved. He even called a couple of weeks later to make sure everything was still working ok. Who does that? If you long for customer service like it used to be, give Dean a call. You wont regret it.

Great service. Great prices. Dean was available to come out before any other company I called. He was very thorough with his work and explained everything he was doing. He had our A/C back up and running like new very quickly. He never tried to up sell us on services that we didnt need. I would highly recommend!!

Dean was REMARKABLE! We have had issues with our AC for a few years and found out it was due to a poor install(another company). Dean came and walked me through step by step what needed to be done. He was honest, meticulous and truly cared about finding the source of our issues. He came back 2 days in a row to make sure each detail was resolved. He gave honest opinions and told me what was an immediate need and what we could wait on. He had honest pricing. We hit the jackpot with Dean! Couldn’t ask for a better company and owner!
