Shout out to Cameron Mapps of your company for his recent work at my job at the Band House.Concerning our recent plumbing issues:From my point of view, after being a reluctant, de facto liaison between other plumbers and plumbing companies, the city water/sewer employees, code officers, permit and inspection crews, etc., Cameron Mapps was the ONLY one who correctly identified the issue and dug in and corrected the issue. From start to finish, Cameron was the consummate professional.As a technician myself, I respect anybody who dives in headfirst and full steam ahead to resolve issues for clients. Cameron is that guy and personally, I appreciate him and his work.

I use to use Bobby L Green for years. Everything from unclogging toilets, replacing hot water heaters, replacing water softeners and recently, I had them add a quick disconnect to a pre existing, caped off line on my back porch. I have to say, I was rather surprised when then I got my bill in and it was over $3,000. When I called them about it, all I got was, Well they had to use spare parts on the truck, so they had to charge more. But bills are due in full within 30 days of noticeThe parts dont even look new! Its hard to support a locally owned, family operated business when they have bulling and pricing practices like this. I have attached photos of the work they did.Edit: I would like to change my review and rating. I reached back out to them and spoke with the GM and he reviewed the bill and agreed that I was indeed overcharged for the work that was done. He issued me a refund and a sincere apology for the mistake. They have once again gained my trust and I will be using them again for my plumbing needs.

Terron Harvey went above and beyond to resolve our issue and the best part was that it was affordable (more affordable than the same service cost us a year ago with another plumber) . First off I want to thank Tyrek Mapps from Bobby L. Greene for his professionalism, punctuality, and overall communication skills. The whole process was very professional and easy to coordinate. Several years ago I had a sewer line with tree roots that I had another company fix at a rental property. They never gave me any option other than to replace the entire line. That was very costly. Same situation at a rental across the street. Contacted Booby L. Greene and setup appt. Mr. Mapps came out and evaluated the situation then provided me with several options. He answered all my questions since the last time I felt like I had no other option but to replace the entire line. They completely cleaned out the main sewer line with before and after videos of the work completed. Work completed with full instructions on future maintenance. I don’t normally post reviews but I felt that given the great service, fair pricing, and excellent communication that people needing their services would benefit from my review.

Jerry tried to reset the valve and hung out for 20 minutes to see if would reset. Not only did he help with the water heater he also helped with figuring out the safety shut off valve. I have an Airbnb and when the last guests were here my oven broke. I quickly ordered another one from Lowes but it didnt arrive until the next guests did. When the lows delivery guy came to put it in he and Carol nerd some issues and said I needed a plumber in order to have the stove installed. I panicked a bit because I know theres 600 guys that are coming home from a job today and they are going to want to use the stove to eat. I didnt want to let them down. I called Bobby Green plumbing and Michael was amazing. He checked with Cameron who was going to be in the area and Cameron so that he could make it by this very day. Cameron came. He made the necessary improvements to my gas stove and it was installed in a matter of minutes. Cameron was wonderful. I am so grateful for Bobby Green plumbing. They really did save the day.

Baldo was awesome and showed up during late hours for a service call once and returned early the following morning to do more work. Bobby Greene has been responsive in all our questions and provided services to mitigate some of our concerns far outside of the scope of installing an AC unit. Darren came out to assess our problem and discovered the cause - roots had grown into our sewer line.
