Jacob was very helpful in repairing our hvac unit. Before he made the service call, he actually called me and had me check a few things to see if that was the problem we lost power to the thermostat. While his checks didn’t fix the problem, I appreciated the fact he had potential things I could check that could save the money for a service call.Once on site, he quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repairs in a timely manner. He also took the time to show me the issue and explain his fix.I would definitely use them again for any hvac issues.

Fair price and really took care of us! We had a miscommunication on which unit needed work, and he didnt charge us a ridiculous service fee because of it. I really appreciated that, everyones on a budget today and the fact that he chalked it up to a mistake and just took care of us, we wont forget it.

The Electrician, Jacob did an excellent job installing our garage space heater. Jacob was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. Jacob was great with following up with me regarding the appointment of estimate and install. My wife and I are so happy with Jacobs work from start to finish. If we ever need more electrical work done in the future, we know we can trust Jacob. Highly recommend.

Jake is knowledgeable and trustworthy about all things A/C. He helped me quickly and inexpensively diagnose a condensation issue. He gave me the simplest solution to my problem and sent me pictures to illustrate what needed to be done to fix it. Highly recommend!A few months after the condensation issue, my furnace gas valve went out. Jake replaced the valve and got our heat back on when we needed it. I really appreciate how detail oriented Jake is with his work. He takes pride in what he does and it shows.

He came to my house on a Saturday evening to fix my a/c unit without even an extra charge.Not only did Jacob fix the a/c (THANK YOU!),He also has a service where he monitors our unit via sensors and WiFi- it’s very 2024!!! I even have an app on my phone to alert me of things that may be wrong with my unit.As someone who knows very little about HVAC, I think I will enjoy having this service.Thanks, Jacob. Jake was AWESOME! Upfront honest after an inspection of our AC unit. Now we were prepared we were needing a new unit since ours was so old. Jame was great in giving us the best option for us, for comfortability but also affordability. Never made it about him, but used his experience to give us some options what works best for our needs.His team he hired to install the unit were exceptional, as we were given an 8 hr window to complete install and they had it done in 4-5 hrs tops. He was great when we had questions, he was kind to answer them all, my wife being a bit anxious, he was patient to make her feel comfortable.Customer service was excellent ad we had some minor cleaning I couldnt attempt to do and he was kind enough on memorial day to make a trip to clear out some lines and water for us. Definitely recommend Jake and Best Neighbors, to anyone seeking an honest assessment for what they need and can afford.
