Each showed the utmost concern and was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.Adam was superb today. He thoroughly explained the process of cleaning the ducts and the sanitizing process. I was shown before pics and ones taken after completion in each room. I had more questions for him than any tech so far and yet, he painstakingly and patiently, with many details, ensured that he answered each one.Terry did an amazing job installing my new heat pump. He communicated all I needed to know throughout the arduous task and was very pleasant.Trevor did a fantastic job installing the condenser and had a wonderful personality.Phillip was so informative. Some of the things he shared were deciding factors in my decision because he ensured that I understood.Ashley did a magnificent job articulating the available plans and helped me find the best fit for my household.

    Adam was my service tech on an AHS warranty call. He was extremely professional and educational as to what was going on with my systems. He was able to immediately diagnose the issues with my system and repair under warranty within minutes. If I have to use AHS or any HVAC company again, I will specifically request Alltech and for Adam to come do the work.     First, I want to say, that I worked for Alltech myself until last year and I can vouch for their ethics and methods but also know the high caliber technicians, they employ. But we also still use them for our HVAC needs and have never been disappointed. Today, Dustin spent half his workday at our home trying to get our AC unit up and running and did not leave until he had the right part and fixed us up. Great job!

    I recently had the pleasure of using AllTech Heat & Air Conditioning for a repair on my air conditioning unit, and I have to say that the service technician, Ben, did an outstanding job. From the moment he arrived on time, I could tell that the communication between Ben and the company was great, as he already knew exactly what the problem was. He asked a few questions to confirm his diagnosis and was able to fix the issue in a short amount of time.What I appreciated most about Bens service was that he went above and beyond by providing me with additional information about air conditioning filters and air purification devices. He took the time to explain what to look for when buying filters and even went out of his way to look up information on air purifiers for me.Overall, I would highly recommend AllTech Heat & Air Conditioning and specifically Ben as a service technician.     I’ve used them for over a year now. I have never had an issue. The tech that came out this time Adam is amazing. He did a complete clean out made me aware of mold I did not know was in y system until he showed me. I felt bad that he was suppose to do a quick job and it turned into hours. He is amazing and jokes around. I hope he stays with Alltech for a long time as he is the only one I want working on my unit.

    I have left a bad review on here before as I had a bad experience with the company. However that is who my home warranty sent this last time and I could not change it. I will say Josh and Sonny redeemed the company in my opinion. They were very honest and did not mind me standing over them while they worked (as I did not trust the organization.) To say the least I will say that it was possibly the techs they sent out over the policies. Josh was able to diagnose the issue right away and had my system back up quickly and efferently. He did a few additional diagnostics to make sure the system was in good working order and was a positive experience.

    We bought an AC unit from Van Dyke mechanical in chickasha 2 years ago and this year our heater has not been working. We had them out several times and they told us it was our breaker box giving the problem. We replaced our breaker box and told them we fixed it but the heater still would not work. They told us they would no longer service our unit since we are located in Lawton! Even though we bought it from them 2 years ago with a parts and labor warranty of 10 years. We called alltech who sent out Kevin and he had it fixed within one hour. Completely fixed!!!!!! Our heater works perfect now. I am so thankful. I would recommend alltech to anyone looking for someone to help. Kevin was so knowledgeable and kind! Thank you to Hannah and Kevin for getting us taken care of right before Christmas! You both are amazing!

    This past week Wed 3 May 23 we had our roof replaced and our contractor punched a hole the AC line from the compressor to the roof causing coolant and oil to leek making the AC inop. Shannon responded right away and identified the issue. On Friday 5 May 23 Adam and Sunny showed up not time but early. They were professional , very competent and explained the process as they went about their work. AllTech is an awesome company. I am glad we purchased out system from them in in 2022.     American Home Shield sent these guys out to fix my broken AC. They were out in a day and a half and I couldnt have had a better experience. Sonny was absolutely amazing. He explained things precisely and got me all fixed up. Ill be calling them again for my ductwork soon.

    Just had my A/C serviced on the hottest day in OKC by Sherman and Bruce. They were right on time, very professional, informative and personable. On the hottest day of the year, they took their time and carefully checked everything. They explained what they did and showed me how to properly clean the outside unit with the hose. I dont write reviews often but I felt these guys truly deserved to be recognized for their professionalism. I highly recommend AllTech to anybody that needs service done to their A/C or HVAC system.     Adam Freeman: Thank you for your prompt, EFFICIENT, and excellent service to our homes A/C unit on 8/25. The unit has not run properly all summer long even when it wasnt as hot as the norm. But now we finally have some relief!     This company has been amazing from day one. We had a home warranty where they were the preferred contractors and I can see why. They were open and honest about what we need versus what we wanted with the price point we had. We got more service they we ever thought going into the agreement. We bought a home with and AC theat finally quick and what we have now is amazing. They replaced furnace and AC, UV light filter (pollen), over flow shut off, wifi thermostat, overflow protector, Surge protector, Duct cleaning, new flue, installation laid and one hell of a warranty.

    Very few companies get it; however, AllTech is one of the. Haas and his team were incredible. After getting 3 quotes, they not only provide the best value, but they also provided AMAZING customer service. They did everything from making sure I understood what they were doing to sweeping/vacuuming up their area when they finished. They even registered the units for warranty. Its been one week since I had two brand dew AC/Heating units installed and I could not be happier.     We called this company after our heater went out durning the coldest part of this year. Lawton got snow and ice and it was below freezing for several days. Even though they were not able to repair our heat, they were out at my house in under an hour. They explained that we will need a whole new unit. The next day the guy came out and talk us through how much it would cost and even help with the financing the new unit. AllTech is very dependable and Matthew the tech that came out was very professional and took the time to explain. He came out a week later because we were having issue with it leaking through our ceiling. He was out in 30 minutes explained the issue and had some one out the next day to fix the issue. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company!!!!! Will be using them every time.

    I have always been of the mindset of, if it isnt broke, dont mess with it. Our 70-year-old Furnace heated its last time on 3/22/22.We put a call into a couple heat & air companys and chose All Tech and requested a tec & a salesperson to come out expecting it would be a day or two but, before the receptionist got off the phone she had a tech & sales rep available that morning took our information and within a couple of hours both were onsight.It was very apparent after talking to the tech our old Big Green Crane was done and was more of a hazard than a functioning furnace. The sales rep conferred with the 1st Tech and a 2nd that showed up to assist. We came to an agreement and the following Monday installers showed up and got to work.From start to finish our experience with the folks at  All Tech was a very positive one. I can not remember everyones name but the receptionist, sales & service & install techs made it a very positive experience.Note: the installation was not the easiest. Retrofitting has its ins & outs, but our installers  Anthony, Jobe & Damian, and a fourth gentleman whose name escapes me right now, even though things outside of their control supplys mostly and harsh work conditions (our crawl space in attic should be called a squezz space) all of them stuck with it and worked through all the issues that came up. It was a 13 hour day for those gentlemen.Also needs to be noted: The price I paid was the price I was quoted no add ons even though unforeseen obstacles occurred.But these folks are an honest, dedicated hard-working crew with integrity.Now the day after as I reflect on this experience can with all honesty state will recommend this company to any and all who seek a service or installation because the folks at All Tech get it.     Dustin showed up, asked me what was going on, and got right to work. Took him all of two minutes to figure out what the problem was and when he realized he didn’t have the correct part, he ran and got it and was back inside of 10 minutes. Working in 100 degree weather and in direct sunlight, he stripped my ac unit down and replaced two items that were bad and put everything back together quickly. He was professional, courteous, on time, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I truly hope his boss sees this review and gives that man a raise! Inside, my home was 90 degrees! I’m happy to report my thermostat is working its way back down to 72. I’d recommend AllTech to anyone who asks and will definitely be using them again should anything else go awry.
