    Called Chaz and he came out first thing in the AM. We walked through all the troubleshooting and found a slow leak (didnt notice it before...but no wonder my power bill has been trash). Worked with me on the options and got our house cooling wonderfully again - and gave coaching on ensuring my system stays in shape! Everything 5* - professionalism, attention to detail, and explaining everything.

    I met Chaz through a non-profit. I was talking to him about my AC issues and he said he would be happy to take a look. After 21 years my compressor had finally died. Within a few days, Chas was able to find me an appropriate sized units for my house . He made sure that the crew that came out to do the AC unit replacement left my house cleaner than it was when they had gotten there. I was so impressed with both his speed and professionalism that I would recommend him to anybody with AC or Heating issues! Chassis with me periodically to insure my AC unit is running efficiently. My utility bills have never been lower

    I met Chaz while at lunch, and asked him some questions about my new AC I had installed that was already having problems. He not only answered my questions, but came out to the house the next day and looked over the system to make sure everything was alright.I wish i would have used him instead of the company i did because he was super friendly, professional, and only recommended me fix what i needed to. He didnt try to up-sale me anything or put me on a service plan before wanting to come out like the other guys did.I will be using him for anything AC related from now on going forward, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good AC company.

    I was recommended to Chaz and I am beyond happy with my service I got! We called Chaz to schedule a diagnosis on our HVAC and he was currently out of town but he walked my husband through how to fix our issue while out of town and got it fixed!     I had two AC units installed and he did a great job. He was fair, honest, knowledgable and reasonable priced. I would not hire anyone else. He did a fabulous job and I am very happy with him! If I could give him 10 stars I certainly would. I Highly recommend him, you wont be disappointed!

    Chaz has always been my go to for any of my residential HVAC work. He is very knowledgeable, dependable, friendly and honest. I won’t call anyone else. All Around Fort Worth Heating and Air is definitely 5 star HVAC repair! He doesn’t come in and just try to sell you something you don’t need. He figures it out and only gets you what’s necessary.     Not sure about the previous review - but couldn’t possibly disagree more. I entertained three bids and Chaz’s was significantly lower. He was more than responsive with his submittal and he answered all of my questions as I went through the bid process. The installation was on time, beautifully done and the unit works great. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with All Around. From a personal perspective, Chaz was great to work with and great to talk to!

    Chaz was great! I had another company tell me I needed a new unit. I called and got Chaz and he came out the same day. FIXED my unit and it’s been running great. He’s honest, dependable, reasonably priced and doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. He’s the only one I trust with my unit and the only one I’ll be calling!

    I decided to get a mini split A/C for my upstairs bedroom. My current home AC spends alot of time cooling the whole house just to keep my bedroom cool. What a world of difference! All Around Came in at a better price than the other companies and installed a Mitsubishi unit with a 12 year warranty. They were able to schedule it a week after I called and arrived on time. They installed the unit and cleaned the installation area before they left. I would highly recommend their services!

    Chaz Thomas is an owner operator. He is a fantastic HVAC professional. Do not hesitate to call him. Hes walked me through simple fixes over the phone; hes modified my system to work more efficiently. Ive had him do work on my system, my brothers system and even my mommas. Hes highly recommended. Hes well known around the neighborhood to be honest, easy to work with and very professional.

    After having several people give us the run around or over quote us to repair our a/c unit we called Chaz out. He drove out of his way to our place (not really close to him) and he determined the issue and make the fix right then and there. We are so please with his professionalism and knowledge. Definitely will call All Around Heat and Air in the future!

    Seriously everyone, you cannot go wrong with Chaz (sorry if I’m not spelling it right) with All Around Fort Worth heat and air.I had him out In 2019 after a previous contractor fell through my ceiling, destroying my living room. Chaz came out same-day, fixed all the stuff wrong that the previous guy left and got the air-conditioning working.Fast forward to today, woke up in the morning and house was not cooling, he came out by lunchtime and fixed us up. Due to my own neglect of my outdoor unit the air conditioning stopped shortly after, he came out again, reset the high-pressure switch and cleaned out my condenser for free.I wish I could give him six stars, but Google won’t let me so I’ll have to repay him by giving him my business when we eventually replace our aging 22-year-old Lennox unit next year.

    Chaz responded to a crisis - overnight visitors at the house, 100 degrees out, and no air conditioning. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. In addition, I would add that Chaz was trustworthy. The repair was two step - first, get it running; second, put in a better piece of equipment. The second step had to be done when we were away from the house. He did what he said he would and when he said he would. Thank you, Chaz.

    All Around ( Fort Worth) Heat and Air owner Chaz Thomas is honest, affordable and hard working. He has serviced our HVAC units for the last 10 years. He does excellent work, is trustworthy and reliable. He has always gone above and beyond what is required to be sure everything is in working order. I highly recommend Chaz for any HVAC needs. You will be comfortable with his service and professionalism and completely satisfied with the outcome of the service provided no matter the size, from installation to tune up. I personally will not trust anyone else for my HVAC needs.

    Called other companies at around 7:30 at night on a Thursday night Cowboys preseason game, looking them up on Google. I either got tomorrow or they didnt answer. Im glad. This company didnt say tomorrow. Was literally here in 10 minutes. I had my drain clogged and water draining on my new hardwood floors.. Chaz had it fixed better then before and actually showed me what to do if it happens again. When we replace this dinosaur unit I will be using him. Great price and quick service. I definitely give him 10 stars if I could. Also I rarely leave reviews.

    I found this company through Angies List and Im so glad I did! My A/C unit was circulating cool air, but the temperature in my house was rising despite the unit running constantly. I put in a service request and the company owner promptly called me to discuss the issue. I was not expecting an inspection or repair to take place that day, however, a tech was able to come out within an hour. Dustin arrived and demonstrated professionalism, competence and courteousness all the way to the end of the visit. He inspected the unit thoroughly and was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. He pointed out issues to look out for in the future and provided recommendations of how to make the unit work more efficiently. I greatly appreciated the amazing quality of this companys customer service and will definitely continue to use them when needed!
