    Rick at Air Force One was Great! He was on time, professional. and knowledgeable. I felt like he did only what was necessary and he made me comfortable with his explanations and suggestions of options for the future ( I have relatively old units). This was welcome as I have recently left a home warranty company that seemed to consistently provide only partial to no coverage on any matter that arose. I am very satisfied with this company and they will certainly get my business in the future.

    Juan is an exceptionally knowledgeable, through, and outgoing tech. He arrived on time and was wearing a mask and stood several feet away from me. I liked that a lot. He took his time checking everything out, looking at an issue with the heat I thought was broken (door on heater ajar-easy fix) and doing all sorts of tests on a/c in back yard. He reported no issues and that every thing was in fine working order. He didnt try any kind of sales pitch like the previous tech that came to my house. That guy was so pushy (didnt wear a mask and talked to me while squatting down on the floor at my knee level and never making eye contact). Thanks to Juan I will continue to use Air Force One as I have for many, many years. After my last experience I was going to go with another company. AF1 has gone through too many changes and the last 2 or 3 techs really didnt impress me that much. I set this appointment because I had prepaid. I will request Juan again in 6 months. Air Force 1 should be happy to have Juan representing their company and working for them.I am glad to be able to post a positive feedback as opposed to the many complaints and negative posts I had in the past.

    I could not be more thrilled with my experience with Airforce One. They have been serving my HVAC for over 10 years. This August I had to have AC replaced as it was a very old unit. They replaced it 2 days after it died and the process was simple and seamless. They left no trace of their presence in my house except for the new equipment. The payment process was simple and understandable and every employee was kind and respectful as well as professional. I highly recommend Airforce One for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs.

    I had my furnace go out last week and called company X. They sent out a technician who misdiagnosed the problem and I was told I would have to spend $500-1000 to replace a hard to find control board on an older unit which might not last and then they proceeded to quote me for a new system. It was not a good time to have a furnace go out during holiday season. I decided to call Air Force One for quotes an after explaning my situation to Chester, he suggested that I get a second opinion. Kevin B was awesome! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. It turns out it was just a sequencer malfunction! A $250 fix versus spending thousands on a new system is a life saver. My experience is always get a second opinion before settling with a new system. I felt that company X took the easy way out and tried selling me something that I didnt need so kudos to Chester and Kevin for saving my day. Im very satisfied with my experience with Air Force On and would keep their number handy in the future!

    Why did I not find out about this place sooner?Our water heater finally broke down and we ended up having to replace it. After calling around, I decided to give Air Force One Plumbing a try and was completed surprised by how amazing of a job they did. Our plumber was professional and completed the install quickly. Their prices are fair and I plan on calling them first next time!

    Javier was amazing! We had a new hot water heater replaced and hydro jetting of our outside drains. The water heater installation was standard, but our outside drains have been a problem for years. He really took the time to try and clear them out as much as possible, even though we think there was a problem with they way they were installed many years ago. He was polite, explained everything clearly and even sent me an email later with information about other questions we had. I highly recommend Javier and Air Force One!

They make sure not to make a mess and if they do they clean it up before they leave. I have never had a repair or service that I did not need and did not feel pressured or upsold.     Have a 3 1/2 year old system which is under warranty, which decided to stop cooling the Friday before Memorial day weekend. I bit the bullet and called them out Friday night, and paid the after hours fee. I was told that a TXV, which I guess acts like a filter for the Freon needed replacing, which I was told may not be able to be done until the following Thursday. The Tuesday after Memorial day, I called, and they squeezed me in that afternoon. That fix didnt work, but was not able to tell it wasnt working until Friday-Saturday, called again Monday, and again they had a technician out that afternoon, informed me that I needed a new compressor, which depending if it was in stock, they might be able to do the repair that week, or it might take up to 1-2 weeks it they needed to order the part. The part was in stock, and they were out this past Tuesday, and the system is working fine now. Air Force One was great in fitting me in during a busy time for them, just when it is starting to get hot, and everyone wants their air conditioning systems working NOW. I was initially frustrated that this new system wasnt working, but they were gracious with me, and still treated me nicely, although I probably didnt deserve that after some of the snarky remarks I wrote. Josh, one of their dispatchers was great in fitting me in to their busy schedule, and Javier and Collin, the technicians were fantastic. I would highly recommend Air Force One. Thanks for getting us cooled off.

    Very happy with the service I received. These guys thoroughly tested the unit they identified the problem, fixed the issues and then stuck around to make sure everything was in working order. Was leary after a bad experience with another company but pleasently surprised by these guys. They were also on time, and I appreciated the courtesy call with a 30 min ETA.     I appreciate their work and timeliness; they came out a total of three visits. Dale did a good job of explaining what needed to happen and what he planned to do. Ended up costing more than $500 (blown capacitor, cleaning, Freon, etc), but the prices were competitive according to my HVAC buddy. They were a little late on the first day and gave me a 5% discount because of it. Also worked with Fernando on one visit- hes a veteran, thanks for your service!

Alerted me to a possible problem with insulation blocking the air flow of the soffits and explained in detail how to change the filters myself so that I could do it monthly.Im very happy with the service I get with Air Force One.

    AF1 helped me with a clogged bathtub drain, installing new shower fixtures, installing new faucets for 3 sinks, and replacing toilet handles on my toilets. Estimates for each service were provided ahead of time, and before arrival, I would get a text with a photo of the technician and shared some personal details (e.g., name, education and personal hobbies.) The work I needed took 2-3 days, and the same technicians (Javier and Jeremy) were sent each time. They arrived promptly and explained everything in terms that I would understand. They were both professional and courteous (protected shoes before entering the house and wore face masks.) I have already requested some additional estimates from them for some future work.I also had recent cause to use AF1s HVAC services when my downstairs heater broke. Sam was able to quickly recognize the problem and correct the issue right away, and determined that the parts needed were under warranty by the manufacturer. I experienced the same level of service with Sam that I did with Javier and Jeremy. I will definitely be using AF1 for my future plumbing and HVAC needs.Overall Rating: ***** 5 Stars - Highly Recommended

    Two men were sent over to diagnose a problem of my furnace and water heaters pilot light not going on. It was determined to be a minor problem and both gentlemen from Air Force One took their time answering questions for me.I would highly recommend this company.     Air Force One quickly diagnosed my a/c conpressor as low on R22 coolant. We discussed either scraping the 13 year old system or putting in more coolant. The tech said “Let’s examine your heater burner.” It was in almost new condition and therefore it was recommended to stick with the old system a few more years. Nice of these guys not to just immediately recommend a complete overhaul at a great expense.The Service Manager later told me that’s what their long-term reputation has been built on.

    This is my first time dealing with this company and I have to say it was better than I had expected. My problem was a seized up blower motor that had seized up and no longer moved any air. He took care of the problem quickly by replacing the old with the new unit and also cleaning the coils and now we have air again!

    Air Force One just installed a new Lennox HVAC which includes 1 year of their HVAC maintenance plan. We still recommend Air Force One! Colin is our usual technician for HVAC maintenance. All techs are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All wore a mask. Office staff helpful and friendly. Annual maintenance program cost is fair. Weve used Air Force One for about 6 years now based on a recommendation from a Plano friend and are very happy.

    Javier and Jeremy came out to diagnose my tankless water heater after the freeze. They were professional, on time, and so polite. Javier did a fantastic job of explaining the possibilities and setting expectations for what comes next. They have only done the initial diagnosis and haven’t repaired yet because of the delay in parts. But my experience so far has been terrific.

All prices were reasonable, and they voluntarily mounted the new motor and wired up the new capacitor for FREE!Awesome service, and I saved over $500 by replacing the blower motor without a call to an AC tech.

    Kevin has been out here twice. He does or use to service Dr.Frank E. Lane. I was working for him at that time. I noticed Kevin was a hard hard worker and very truthful about repairs that needed done. I called Kevin out because we needed a spring and fall checkup. He took pictures and showed me everything he found. He said our compressor does not look like it will last long. He said he would hate to come to do all the maintenance just to come back for to replace a pricy compressor. He said all the repairs that were needed and the compressor I should get it replaced. He helped me get approved for a new unit. Also it was on a promotion. It may be just me which I cant believe My perspective of Kevin is Honest & and dependable.

    We put in a call at 9AM when our AC quit putting out cold air. Jacob arrived an hour or so early, but called before he arrived to see if it was OK. It certainly was. He diagnosed the problem extremely quickly, went out to his truck, got the part, and fixed the system in minutes. Spectacular job.

    Had a blown capacitor. Its tough to buy these things if youre not a contractor. Its nice that they sell to the public. I expected to pay a bit extra for the part since its not wholesale, but if I did, it wasnt much. $13 and I was on my way. Oh and the gentleman who helped me also insisted on testing my existing capacitor before selling me a new one. Kind of a great thing to do. He didnt have to, and if the capacitor was fine, he would have lost a sale. I appreciate the help. Ill be a returning customer....but hopefully not too soon.

    I bought a Rheem system from them at their recommendation in 2009. My experience with them had always been pretty good. Although it was a bit of a struggle to get a diagnosis during the busy summer season, in the end they stepped forward and are replacing my defective evap coil (Rheem warranty repair) It sound like other manufacturers had the same issues with their thin copper tube coils leaking. I was told that Rheem has gone to an all aluminum design which is what the replacement is. No one wants their AC to go out in June when its 95 degrees and I understand that parts fail but I appreciate Air Force One taking care of the problem after it was diagnosed.

    This place really impressed me. Right before the holidays, our heater went on the fritz, new what part we needed. When I went they closed slightly early as it was rigfht before Christmas and they had been slow all day which I understand. One of the employees that handles instal and repair work instead of the store front I believe saw we were in a predicament. Opened the store so we could get the part we needed and even told us a common easy fix for our problem that may mean we wouldnt even need the part if it worked and told us we could return it if the quick fix worked instead. I was really impressed and wish that I had remembered his name.

    Dale checked all three systems. He strongly recommended that we install a carbon dioxide sensor upstairs because that system is old. Even though the upstairs is used only by guests, Dale was concerned for their safety and insisted that the detector be ordered and installed. They have a complete test bench - they will test your Air Conditioning part FOR FREE to figure out if it needs replacing. If youve done any AC work, you know how invaluable this service is!2. GREG helped me -- GREG IS AWESOME. I had a blown contactor, and he helped me figure it out and replace it. On a holiday weekend, a dead blower effectively means NO AIR, and $200+ service call to fix it. GREG sold me a new contactor for $32, tested it on the bench before he sold it to me, and sent me on my way, knowing my problem would be resolved. GREG IS AWESOME.3. Installed the new contactor, and I was up and running in 30 minutes! Most AC places want to rack up a service charge, so having a place that does over the counter consulting and parts replacement is INVALUABLE to those of us who dont or cant wait for a service call on a long, holiday weekend!     Great Honest Company, they have service guys open to public to help you understand what the parts are, how they work, and thats a great thing for any consumer to know they are welcome to stop buy ask questions about hvac at no charge. Thats a huge comfort for any consumer working with a service company that you can meet, ask questions and get straight forward answers on options to fix or get to know who is coming to your home to help you if there is home comfort problem in the future. I have been up against Danny as a competitor giving hvac home estimates and he is a guy you dont mind losing to if you care about the industry, service companies are often set up and there are some fly by nights out there, but rarely does anyone show good stories on the news about the several great companies available, and this is one of them and there are others out there too. So do your homework, and you will find this is one of those companies, built by family values and helping the other hvac guys that are good folks get recognized as well.
