    Ron is truly a blessing. I had an old ac unit that finally bit the dust. I finished the month of August of last year until the weather cooled off with window units. It’s February and decided I needed to look in to getting a new unit. Ron gave me a great quote and his crew installed my new ac and upgraded everything and it works wonderful. With this crazy SETX weather I’ve run the ac and the heater already and it works perfect. Thank you Ron and Affordable Home AC for caring and doing a great job. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

    I called Ron late Tuesday for an estimate on a whole new air conditioning system and it was installed today(he may have been able to install it sooner but I could not)! His prompt response and ease of communication made this process so effortless on my part! He was reasonably priced, fast, and efficient!  He and his crew arrived this morning promptly at 0730 and were leaving by 1130 and they were all professional and friendly! I even watched as one of the guys wrapped my water hose back up(they had used) and then drained the hose after turning off the water and let me just say its the little things because I always do that to my hose and I just really appreciated this whole crews attention to the big AND small details! Seriously I can not recommend Ron and his crew enough..... they are awesome! Please give them a call you will not be sorry!

Calling many companies for information & quotes. Not once with Ron did we have to leave a message. He answered or texted right back. That means something to me.Once Ron came to give us a quote we knew he was the man for our job. He was thorough, professional, and we felt comfortable with his answers. This man understands & knows his stuff. He diagnosed our problem, attempted to fix our problem to save us money, but it was too far gone. He presented us with options we decided to have the whole unit changed. He was able to give us specifics & ordered the unit. Communicated with us every step of the process. Today 4/26 he returned with his crew. They arrived early orderly professional friendly left nothing out of place. They educated us on the equipment. My husband is a talker so he may have delayed them a bit. But they came and changed out everything it took less than a half day. And our new unit was functioning cold within 15 mins.     We had a catastrophe with our AC on Thursday evening. I contacted Ron early Friday morning, and he came out to take a quick look. We knew we were going to need a new AC soon from his last visit, and now it was time. From start to finish, he and his team were superb. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves. He was even going to loan us a window unit until he could get to us on Monday.     My 88 year old mother called me and my husband to get our advice on replacing her 25+ year old unit that wasn’t cooling. The air-conditioner needed Freon which is very costly on older units and had gone through several hurricanes and a flood. We knew it was time to have it replaced. My husband and I live in Conroe and immediately started getting bids and comparing services from each vendor in the Beaumont area. As our research continued, I read the reviews on Affordable Home Appliances & Air Conditionings and thought to give him a try. Usually, I don’t write reviews but felt so compelled to do so and to Thank Mr. Ron for being so patient with my mom. He was very quick to respond. He called us to discuss his findings and recommendations. Compared to the other vendors his bid was very reasonable and affordable. We even had our air-conditioner guy to help us with determining the best bid/offer which he totally agreed Mr Ron’s hands down was very good! The unit brand was what we were looking for, the warranties were excellent including his yearly check-up after warranties expires. Also, he did EXTRAS that was not part of his bid. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Mr. Ron and his company. Trust me, him and his team are AMAZING!

    Ron has been doing maintenance and making repairs on our existing 2 AC units (20 yrs old) for years without any issues. Our old units needed to be replaced so we chose Affordable AC repair. Ron and his crew showed up early Thursday morning and by 1:00 both new units were installed and cooling. After they finished installing, they cleaned up & vacuumed the work area. We couldn’t even tell they had been there. And on top of that, he knocked money off his original proposal.I would definitely recommend Affordable AC Repair to anyone needing any AC work!!!

    On Thur I called Mr. Dart to make an appointment to come look at our ac unit bc it was freezing up. I explained to him it also wasn’t cooling the house off & that our home was only 2 years old. He informed my husband and I that it sounded like the evaporator coil needed to be cleaned & told us how to do it. He said if it wasn’t that to let him know & he would come out the next day bc he had a full schedule. My husband looked where he told him to and sure enough that was the problem. We now have cold air and no problems.Thank you Mr Ron Dart for helping us instead of making $700 of us. This right here is a perfect example that he tries to help and not make money off of anyone & everyone.Before calling Mr Dart I also had called the company that installed our unit, told them what it was doing and when he installed it. He wanted $125 to come look at it and never mentioned any of the above.We will only call Mr Dart for any and all of our ac problems.

    My parents inside AC unit was old and having issues, Ron Dart came highly recommended by many of my friends who have used him in the past. Gave him a call and he squeezed in for an estimate visit - recommended rebuilding the AC closet and replacing the inside and outside units. Within just a couple of days, his team was out here at 7:45 am and started working on both units plus rebuilding the closet at once and they were done (even cleaning up the house after themselves) before 11:30 am. The AC is blowing more powerful than it has in decades! Thanks to the whole team (and those that gave my cat extra scratches since he insisted on being an extra supervisor).     Priced units from five different companies. Affordable Home Repair was the lowest price and seemed to be the most honest. Called them and they were out within two hours looking at our set up. We gave them the order Thursday night and they had it installed by noon on Monday (yes it was hot but everyone deserves a weekend). Didn’t try to upsell unit size and actually informed us that too much ac can be a problem too. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new ac. Give them a shout and find out for yourself.

    We upgraded our old package unit to a more efficient unit and Ron and Keith looked in the attic and found that my duct work was terrible. They fixed the duct, installed the new unit and finished the job in a day and a half.     My mother’s air went out this past Thursday. I called and spoke with RonHe was in an attic working and told me he would be at her house to check it out between 8 and 830 Friday morning. Ron is a man of his word he was there814 got out of his truck introduced himself and was off to work. We had her ac repaired 3 years ago and the repairman at that time said it might last a month maybe a year. We expected to be replacing it and after Ron worked on it he got it back cooling but we knew we had to replace it. Ron gave us an excellent quote that was extremely better than the guy 3 years ago. I talked it over with my mother and wife and we ask him how long before he could put it in and to our surprise he said Monday.Ron once again a man of his word was at her house Monday morning with his team and did an outstanding job. I have worked in retail for 30 years and this is probably only my 2nd or 3 review.     After our 15 year old unit gave out I contacted Ron to see what my options were. After talking to him he provided me with some options but we ultimately ended up replacing the whole system to to the new R410 refrigerant. Rob and his guys had the old R22 outside and attic unit out and the new system installed and running in half a day. Great work and great customer service. Would recommend him and his crew to anyone.

    I had my a/c unit freeze up, so I called Ron out to look and repair it. It was low on freon, Ron got me going within minutes. I asked him how old the unit was and he told me it was a 1998 model. I asked him a price on replacing the inside unit as well as the outside unit. And I also knew that the duct work in the actic was old and bad, so I asked him about replacing it all. He gave me a very fair price. That was on a Thursday. Here it is Tuesday at 2:53pm and he and his crew are done. My new a/c is more efficient than the old and is blowing so cold I already had to turn it up. Top Notch Ron, You and your crew blew it out of the park.     Today is Saturday the day before Mothers Day. Friday evening our air conditioner stopped working. My Uncle is a disabled veteran and has seizures. I called Mr. Dart and explain the situation, he came right out and fix the unit in no time at all.     I sent a message to Ron Dart, my preferred a/c guy, around 6:30 pm the evening my air went out saying who this was and my a/c went out please call me tomorrow...I put a tiny window unit in to make it through the night! I was pretty sure he had already called it a day and I wanted to see if I could get him to come out in the morning, with my fingers crossed. No longer than 10 minutes went by and I received a text from Ron telling me “a technician will be on his way shortly”. I couldn’t believe it, not one, but two came! They had my air back on in minutes and out my door. The technician, Keith, said I’ll be back to replace the part as soon as the new one comes in. He was here the next day!!!!!Unfortunately we have had problems with this unit since the day we put it in NOT WITH Affordable home appliances!!! We ordered a new unit with Affordable Home Appliance and let me tell you...this team of technicians came to my house, had to cut a whole big enough to take the old unit out and put my new one in. (This was the only option I had) and did a perfect job!!! these men, oh and woman, had my old unit out and new unit in and it only took them two hours! And this was durrin a record breaking heat index! The temperature outside has only gotten hotter sense my new unit. And it is so nice to come in after I work in the yard and FINALLY feel like I own A/C! Thank you so much to you and your team!!!

    I asked Ron to come look at my AC because it was leaking water through my ceiling. I tried all the usual fixes, and nothing worked. Ron came by the next morning and figured out the problem in no time and had it fixed. Turns out the guy who installed it did it wrong. Ron was hurt, and could barely make it up my stairs, and still he got up there and had it fixed in no time. Knowing I was in a financial bind, he didnt charge me an arm and a leg.     I contacted this company for help repairing my LG refrigerator. They helped me so much that they lost a job! When I spoke to them, they helped me by suggesting that I speak with the warranty company for LG. I knew that I had had my appliance for 3 years so it was no longer under warranty but I told them I would call and then I would call them back for service. To my surprise, LG has extended their warranty to 5 years and my refrigerator parts and labor will be covered in full. My only regret is that I did not get to use this company services. By looking out for me, they lost a customer this time but if I ever need them in the future, I will be calling for sure! They showed that they are good, quality people who are looking out for others and not just their bottom line.

    Well i learned my lesson on hiring people that say they can do ac work they had over 40yr experience and still couldnt figure out what was going on... So then i called Ron Dart with Affordable Home Air Conditioning he was here maybe 20 to 30mins and has the ac going i know how i will be calling from now on!!!!!!
