    Above and Beyond Service. We were facing upcoming single digit wind chill conditions. AAA Service was at my home within an hour after notifying my home warranty service my heat was out.. Within 20minutes of diagnosing the issue, the problem was identified. More important than ALL of the above, this service provider, AAA Service, chose to expedite service to us..     I can’t tell you how great AAA SERVICES were for us when we had a plumbing problem. They were here first thing and got it fixed so I could still have access to water immediately and then were very prompt in getting everything back to normal.     Electrical service.. I dont recall the gentlemen names, but they were professional and knowledgeable regarding my electrical issue. They were able to diagnose and fix it in less than 30 minutes. I received a courtesy call from John to see if I was satisfied and if everything was working properly. Im extremely satisfied with their service because my lights were flickering, and the microwave was popping off, which had me concerned. The prior electrician wasnt able to fix it.     We had to have our water heater serviced. The warranty company had sent someone else out and we were still having problems. Then they had AAA come out. The serviceman was prompt, courteous and professional. He thoroughly explained everything and even showed us photos to help us understand what was going on. It turned out we had to have a part replaced. He said that he would put a rush order on it and 2 business days later we received notice that the part was in and he would be coming back.When he returned he quickly replaced the worn out part, showed us the old part and patiently explained what had been happening with our water heater.We are happy with the service we have received. Only time will tell what are level of satisfaction will be. As of right now, we would not hesitate to call them back for another plumbing problem.

    Wonderful company with great experience and professionalism. Outstanding customer service. I am so happy to have found this company for my plumbing leak.     The tech was very punctual, knowledgeable and informative! Unfortunately my disposal is dead and Ill be waiting for him to do it. Well fastforward he was scheduled for December 4th I called him all day. I text him all day he never answered the phone. He never returned my call. He never returned my text message. I have now gone on to another company to handle my order. I am now told they had a health issue with their family. Unfortunately, in business you have to have a back Up or at least someone to call your customers and explain whats going on. I wish him the best

    Came out and examined water heater. Confirmed something I was afraid of. 14 years ago a friend installed the current heater but advised that if a licensed company came out later the whole system would have be brought up to meet code. They advised that it would not be covered by the warranty. Would cover the water heater but not the code work. They did an excellent job and a fast job. We bought the extra charges on our self. Not AAA fault

    Dont look elsewhere; AAA is the best local business. In a sense, they saved my house. My family lost access to water after a different plumber couldnt complete a repair. We had to cut off the water main till the repairs were completed. We received a prompt callback from AAA, who moved us up on their schedule, completed the repair, and turned on the water the next day.
