It was nice to be able to see him checking the thermostat, the attic, the unit outside, and watching him replace the capacitor and the contactor. Its been a month and a half sense the switch and my thermostat report shows the AC unit cooled for 12 hours less YoY, about $120 in savings. actual proof it did lower our expenses. I had two technicians come out regarding my semi annual maintenance on my AC system. The first technician made a mistake so my air was not working. The second technician came out and quickly assessed the error and fixed it. Both technicians were very polite. The second technician was very knowledgeable in addition to being professional and polite. Errors can happen to anyone so I give 72 Degrees the highest rating for quickly fixing the error. I would recommend them to others. The customer service person on the phone that I dealt with was sympathetic and helpful.

I talked to the scheduler for a sales appointment on a Thursday morning, and the owner of the business was at my house early Thursday afternoon. The installers were here on time and completed sooner than originally communicated. Overall, it was an absolutely wonderful experience.

The General Manager himself contacted me to explain what he was doing to solve it and that also was resolved promptly to our satisfaction.I believe that had I requested a free repair description & cost estimate before service work began, I could have avoided the clerical issue and I recommend an up front repair & cost estimate on any service job from any agency. There is often an analysis required in identifying a problem that could result in a labor charge. Do what you can to ask questions & clarify.

The routine Beginning of Summer Inspection was carried out with professionalism, thoroughness, and promptness once the inspector arrived. The problem which causes me to lower my otherwise 10 rating is the fact this routine appointment was scheduled more than a month before we went on an extended trip. Once we got back and according to our calendar the appointment was scheduled for between 8-10 AM. Sadly after 10 AM past my wife placed a call to the offices and was told, no worries the technician was on a call and we were next on the list with no time provided. Af a quarter to twelve my wife called back to explain the no show and explained this to another person who never totally explained the delay but said she would get a technician out to us. Then after 1 PM we were called by a technician who then arrived at 1:30 PM. No one from the Company has explained to us their failures either not having the appointment on your calendar having made this mistake or simply messing up assigning someone to the promised 8-10 AM timeframe.

Its working So Well I am going to turn the AC down again! Well no worries it just shutdown on its own. Had our heat pump serviced today by Darrell. We knew that the unit was running excessively. Darrell took the time to find the leak in our system and repair. Most techs probably would have said its a slow leak, recharged the system and been on their way. Darrell took the time to find the leak, repair and test the suction to ensure the leak was fixed before recharging the system. I would recommend 72 Degrees as they were recommended to me by a friend and lived up to the recommendation.

David called this morning to verify the address and to tell me that he was on his way. We verified that his GPS coordinate was erroneous so I told him exactly how to get to the house.He inspected both units and he told me that a capacitor was going out on one of the units and he asked if he wanted it replaced. I consented of course.Also, I asked him to fix the WiFi setup because one of our units was not reporting the outside temperature even though it was connected to the WiFi. He helped me get that fixed. My wife wanted to know why there was a cracking noise every time the heater turns on and off and he found that the air filter in our bedroom was doing it. He said that he would look and fix the problem. He put a strip of insulation to dampen the noise.He checked both units and said that they were functioning properly and were in good working order.We signed up for a yearly maintenance agreement because we wanted a local company to do the maintenance. Their price is reasonably expensive but again, you get what you pay for. We need a reliable HVAC company to keep our units working properly so the price is right.I’ve asked David to be our regular technician because he was very thorough and answered all the questions we asked him. Not only that, he won’t get lost the next time he comes to our house in the hill country. We like consistency and efficiency so he’s our guy!

After the hottest day of the year I realized my air conditioner had stopped cooling. It was nighttime so I waited until 8 am to call. I was told a technician would be calling me back between 8:30 and 10 am. I had a call back by 8:30 and a technician at my house by 9 am. By 9:15 Christian had diagnosed the capacitor was bad and it was replaced by 9:30 and my house was cool by 9:45. Christian was a very polite and knowledgeable young man and willing to answer any questions I had. 72 Degrees is definitely a company I would recommend for any AC issues.

Team 1 did a great job replacing the old ductwork and the old air conditioner replacing it with new they were very courteous and professional, I would recommend 72degees to anyone who needs a great heating and cooling company
