I highly recommend Harold Morriss services. My AC broke last year. He honestly told me fixing it would be a risky situation. It could last 5,10 more years or it could definitely give up tomorrow. I opted to fix it, and it lasted one year. So a week ago, called him again right after massive power outages, and extreme heat. He showed up the very same day! Him and his team fixed it yet again and told me exactly the same, this could very well brake any minute or last all summer. Again, I opted to fix it! They spend heavy hours under the scorching heat. Started the AC and after 10 minutes, before they left the AC gave in. They had purchased parts, worked all day and didnt charge me, stating they were unable to fix it. Of course the only available option left was to get a new one. He never assumed it would be him to do the job, so he explained to me what happened in case I chose another company to fix it. But I still asked him to be the one to install the new unit. And the very next day ... viola! I now have a brand new unit and a livable home!! I definitely recommend 3rd Coast Cooling and Heating Services!!!

Both Harold and Brandon are very professional and thorough. They provided the estimate and stuck to it and very reasonable compared to the big company I have a plan with and their 15% discounted rate. Did not even have to ask for the coil warranty, i received an email confirmation that it had been registered for me.Only difference as compared to the big companies with plans, is that the free labor with the warranty is not available but i prefer the reasonable onetime cost.

Contacted 3rd Coast Cooling and Heating after my home warranty sent someone and said our system was fine. Our system wasn’t fine it was not cooling upstairs due to a faulty zone damper. They offered great price and was informative, professional and most importantly had integrity. I highly recommend 3rd Coast Cooling and Heating for all your AC and heating services.

Having an air conditioner out during a record heat wave is HORRIBLE. I needed it to be done quickly. I was so glad we found 3rd Coast Cooling and Heating on Angis List. I wasnt familiar with the company but took a chance on them. I was pleased. They not only addressed the problem, but the owner got involved and made sure it was done to our satisfaction. I would use them again. Support this small business owner. You will not be disappointed.
