I was going to wait to write my review but I have to say Brian Barrillesux, sales consultant was and is awesome from the beginning, middle and as we get close to closing he’s been great from the very beginning. From choosing our plan, our lot, to now be days away from closing he’s been hands on. Always picked up the phone or returned a call from any questions I’ve had.I knew he was not just attentive but a great listener. This is a big move for my husband and I and through this journey Brian is the guy he’s the super hero in sales. Granted we’ve went to several builders but none ever made us feel like “wow this is it” until we met Brian.

We relocated to be closer to other family members. Brian and his team made us feel just like family to them as well! What a great community and fantastic group of Professionals. What a lovely place to live! So serene and welcoming. I cannot say enough. Best decision we have made in a while. Thank you Brian and team!
