Ive been in my home for just over two years now and Im still happy about the decision I made. As many have already said, Ashley is an absolute gem and she was great to work with and her support, responsiveness, and advocacy didnt end at my closing. As is the case with any new build, nothing is perfect, but the warranty department was always responsive and thorough when an issue arose. I definitely recommend Kirby Landing to anyone looking for a new home!!!

We bought our home in River’s Edge a few years ago. I’m finally getting around to writing this review. We love our home and K.Hov is a great builder. What impressed me was our salesperson. Ashley Stenger worked with us and communicated with us almost daily. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and a professional. Whenever we have a question she’s always just a phone call away, even to this day. I truly appreciate her and how she has been such a wonderful person to work with and know.

I loved working with this builder. This is the second new home that I have purchased here in Houston. Location is everything. This area is already the hot spot being so close to Downtown and Medical Center. Ashley Stenger is the best sales person that I have ever worked with when purchasing a home. She is so knowledgeable about these homes. She was able to answer every question we had in all areas of what it takes to get into one of these homes. When other builders say NO to you Ashleys answer to me was usually Yes or minimum of lets see what I can do. There is no better service than that in my option. We just closed at the end of this February and just love the house and our new community. The other staff member that I want to mention is Scott, the construction supervisor. He is also knowledgeable on all areas of the construction process. He is extremely forthcoming with answers to questions all during the construction phase from the foundation pour to the last finishing touches of the paint. He explains how KHOV has gone to the extreme in making the homes energy efficient and tightly sealed. He also explained to me and my husband about all the inspection requirements done by the City of Houston.Anyhoo, the houses are going fast. The good news is that they are opening new neighborhoods all around us. Ashley is able to sell in all the other communities. We will use her to possibly move a family member into one of the new communities. Conclusion being the overall experience gets a rating of five stars from us.

Cons:-The promise of maintaining your front yard is misleading. They only cut your grass. It is your responsibility to take care of the plants and replace... Fertilize.. weed control. There are several yards with dead bushes and grass. That is something they should definitely disclose up front.-They dont do a good job maintaining the common grounds within the community if you walk around you will see dead plants and empty flowerbeds.-Craftsmanship could be better.Pros:-Location.. being right off the highway is nice and close to the med center.-The neighbors are very nice and friendly and I have not had any issues with them.-The neighborhood is very quiet outside of expected construction-My one year warranty items were handled in a timely manner (hire your own inspector)-KHov staff on site remain very professional and nice

I did months of thorough due diligence by visiting many different Houston-area developments before settling on this development. The reasons I went with this builder were:- Effective and accommodative sales staff. Ashley went to great lengths to ensure that I had answers to every question I asked, to help me fully understand what my options were, and to get any documentation I had requested. She is very professional and has been a pleasure to work with thus far!- Home quality and designs. I walked through a few home designs at this complex, and I found the design choices to be both aesthetically pleasing and practical. I had the opportunity to speak with the builder, Scott, during a pre-sheetrock inspection, and he has answered every question I asked about the building process/choices that were made.- Location. Not in a floodplain, reasonably close to the metro rail, easy access to most highways, short commute to Medical Center/Downtown, and easy airport access (Hobby).So far, the purchase process has been as smooth as I could ask for. I would recommend any Houston-area buyer to check this complex out: great homes, great value, and a pleasure to work with the staff.

My experience with Ashley, Scott and the entire KHOV team has been exceptional. In my past experience with home builders, I have been disappointed and left seeking solutions on my own, which were very costly. When I shared my experience and concerns with Ashley, from day one, she assured me and made me feel I could trust KHOV. From the contract stage, through construction and finally to closing and move in, their service has been excellent. Each week, I was provided updates on each phase of the building of my new home. I was included in every walkthrough provided during the building process. So far, I have been happy with my new home. Even since I moved in, when I have a question or an issue arises, the KHOV team has been very responsive. Thank you to Ashley for making me feel confident in my decision to build with KHOV from day one. Thank you to Scott and the construction team for all their hard work as well. And kudos to the design center, finance and closing team. You all played a part in making this experience successful and painless. Thank you!

I had a great 👍🏾 experience with KHovian homes. The sales Agent Keith Hurd is Awesome. He will go above and beyond to assist you with your needs. I actually purchased with a different builder only I repeat only because the floor plan I wanted was not available at the time I was starting the process. Even though I went with a different builder I could still call 📱 Keith Hurd anytime and he would be willing to assist me. He definitely needs and deserves an award 🥇. If anyone is out there looking for a brand new home make sure that you let Keith assist you with your purchase. There’s only a few left at the Sandrock community so stop on by. If not check him out at the Cloverdale Community. You won’t be disappointed.
