Uniqu3 Solutions is the best contractor we have used. We had a lot of things done in the house, including room extension, landscaping, kitchen renovations, and flooring which they finished with exceptional job and even go above and beyond. They make sure everything is at its top and best finish product which sometimes surprises me. They also work within your budget and I appreciate them so much for that. I can definitely say that I would recommend them 100% to anyone needing best, honest, and professional contractors. We are completely satisfied with our home renovations and extensions.

I cannot provide a higher review or recommendation! Jose and his team are incredibly professional and honest. They have impeccable attention to detail and go well above-and-beyond expectations. Jose and his team were proactive about any issues they encountered, working at all hours to come to a resolution as quickly as possible. They were up front with expected timelines and costs and were transparent in all interactions. The weather wasn’t very compliant with our project this spring, as most of the work was outdoors, but they spent multiple Saturdays at our place working when the weather was nice, in order to complete the project in as timely a manner as possible. These guys pick up every bit of scrap material and nails, even moving furniture back in place when they’re done with the job. I’ve never had this sort of experience with home contractors before. They installed new windows and waited until they were clean to caulk and clean up the inside of the windows, so that they wouldn’t bring outdoor dirt/mud/dust into our home. They’ve got lifetime customers in us! Let these before/after pictures speak for themselves!

Definitely recommend these guys! Weve had them do small projects around our house before (putting in a new faucet and light fixture) but most recently, we had them upgrade our interior doors. We had outdated ugly doors and had them put in these new ones as well as new doorknobs. They turned out great! We will definitely be using U.S again for any future work we need done around our home!

Excellent work as always. Theyve done a double door and mounting a tv in a corner. I dont know they got it but looks magnificent. Owner is a swell fella. Polite respectful employees. This was the second job I had Jose and his crew complete for me. He gave me a fair quote, was very friendly, respectful of our home and easy to work with. He finished in the time he stated in the beginning and the work is fantastic! He fixed an issue in the master bedroom with sheetrock cracking which needed taping and mudding, texture match and paint. I highly recommend his work to you!

I highly recommend Uniqu3 Solutions for big or small home repairs or remodels. Jose communicates issues as they arise, and helps you trouble shoot so there are no surprises at the end with the final bill. Their work repairing several cracks in our home as well as redoing most of our bathroom was done on time and on budget as promised.

The people who worked on our fence was very professional. They gave me a good quote on fence repair and when the date and time was set, they actually arrived on time. I asked them if they could finish the work in one day despite the weather being cold and as I was told would affect the new posts but after hearing me out that I wanted it finished that day so that I wont bother our neighbors and be an inconvenience for them especially that they have dogs that stayed out on their backyard all the time, they understood my situation and actually finished it at that same day. The work on the fence actually exceeded my expectations. It was a job well done. I will definitely call them again for future services. Thank you for doing a great job. I appreciate it a lot.

Respectful, caring company that goes above and beyond to make sure that their clients are taken care of. Jose and his team remodeled our bathroom right before our first son was born and they did a fantastic job! 10/10 would recommend.

The ceramic tile on the side of our jetted tub in our master bath was pulling away. We called Jose and he was out the same day to look at the repair and had a very reasonable estimate. We scheduled the work for a time convenient for me. Jose and his crew showed up on time, put down drop cloths and got to work. Once they removed the tile we found that our builder had incorrectly installed the tub and water had caused the wood behind it to expand and push the tile out. Jose discussed his plan to properly repair the damage with me and with my approval got to work. He and his crew completed the job professionally, completely cleaned up and was able to come in very close to the original estimate even with the significant additional work required. If you have any home/handyman project you need done call Jose. You wont be disappointed!
