    Ultimate Choice did some remodeling on our condo for my husband and I recently and their team did a fantastic job!!! I am a real estate agent and very particular who my contractors are and who I refer to my clients, and Cory and his team are a great group of people and ones I will be referring into the future.We had our entire condo painted inside, as well as had some tape, bed and texture done. His project manager, Carlos, was very responsive, took very good care of us and promptly answered any questions we had!!! Definitely 5 ⭐ service!!!

    Our house was hit by a tornado in December and Ultimate Choice was there for us from start to finish. From the temporary patch to the final inspection! Cory was great to deal with and had tons of experience with roofing and repairs. We had significant framing damage as well as drywall, painting and masonry work that needed to be done. They were able to handle all of it. Definitely recommend Cory and his team!

    I contacted Ultimate Choice Roofing after some of my shingles were wind damaged. Cory put me in contact with John who inspected the roof and gave me a quote for a patch. Before having the patch installed, a hail storm caused significantly more damage to the roof. John came back out and inspected the roof, let me know it should be replaced, and went through the inspection process with my insurance adjustor. He also ensured the special requirements for Nationwides better roof replacement were met. There were some communication issues on the day of the roof install, like not letting me know the day before that they would be installing the roof the next day. However, the finished product is a top quality class IV impact resistant roof with an upgrade from box vents to turbines for better ventilation. My new roof is much better than the one that came with the new house!

    We did a large project with Ultimate Choice recently.  We were fortunate to have Adam as our Project Manager.  He was very knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. He promised we would be happy and he definitely kept that promise.Each team did excellent work.  We would especially like to thank the flooring team for repairing and updating our challenging floors - they are gorgeous!The quote/pricing was transparent, thorough and competitive.   Our project was started early, each team and materials needed was coordinated efficiently and the entire project was completed early.  At the end of each day the site was cleaned and left better than when the day started which is rare with renovation jobs.We have a few more projects for the future and well be going straight to Ultimate Choice.

They followed through constantly on our project and kept us abreast of what needed to be done and our progress. When a recent inspection report came back indicative of hail damage, we were surprised because we had noticed no signs of such.     Cory was very professional on his first visit to diagnosis the issue and had his team come out promptly to repair. His team did a great job of repairing the flashing on the chimney that was causing the leak and repairing and repainting the fireplace wall inside. Great job patching the drywall and matching the old paint color. I will definitely use Cory again in the near future at our home. Great job!

    Cory and his staff were excellent. I hired them for a client of mine. They showed up on time. Looked at the fireplace leak and diagnosed the issue promptly. They returned twice to make sure it was sealed and then returned to paint and patch the fireplace. They were very efficient and completed the work and cleaned up in a timely manner. Matching the paint is spot on and the fireplace looks great! I will continue to use Cory for all of my roofing and remodeling needs!

    After much frustration trying to find a contractor to remodel my parent’s two bathrooms in their 1970 home, I got referral from a local Facebook group for Corey Stone, Ultimate Choice Roofing and Remodeling. I had several contractors who had provided an estimate for the work at my parent’s home and I was surprised that each quote was very high for the work we were requesting to be done. I also was disappointed when my mom let me know that she did not feel comfortable with some of the contractors because they basically ignored her ideas when providing quotes for what was her remodel. The quote I received from Corey was the lowest and most thorough we had received and best of all his timeline to start and complete the job was quick. Corey and Allen (sub-contractor) were great to work with. I was ‘overseeing’ the job from my home and they were always patient, informative and professional. Corey was very respectful towards my parent’s and even let me know he enjoyed time spent with my parent’s in their home. The job was finished on time and on budget and we are completely satisfied with the finished bathrooms.     Cory came out with his team right away, and diagnosed the problems. When I told Cory how much money I had to spend he informed me that there was no way with the damage I had that the insurance adjuster had done me any favors. Cory recommended a private adjuster to me and told me That I had nothing to lose. After talking it over with Cory I decided for him to send his guy out. What a gift from God this was. He was able to get me 5x the amount of money that they had previously given me!!! With the added money I was able to get all of my repairs done as well as a few upgrades! I owe this all to Cory!     Recently I was the victim of a major hail storm in the Plano area. The storm totally distroyed my roof. It also did damage to my windows, fence, gutters, interior and other areas.I interviewed several roofing contractors but when I interviewed Cory Stone (president) with Ultimate Choice roofing, my decision became so easy. He not only helped ease my anxiety about the major repair task ahead of me but also took all the pressure off by handling the other required repair work (windows, interior, etc.)One of the biggest challenges we had was implementing some of the upgrades and architectural changes (metal roof accents) into the project like I wanted.
