I have had a wonderful experience so far with this builder. Andy has helped myself along with my realtor by helping me check off every box I had on my new home checklist. My realtor went in before me explaining my situation and that I had pre approval through another lender and there was no hassle. I highly recommend you go see Andy at Legend if you are looking for a new home. My realtor, Matt Dees along with my mortgage team, Josh Allyn have been exceptional. I’m so blessed and thankful that I took the leap. I close mid March! I started the process two weeks ago. Can’t beat that! I still can’t believe this is happening!

Very pretty little neighborhood, very put together and even the construction noise isn’t that loud. i can’t wait to see the finished result!
