Weve been in our new Pulte home for a couple of weeks now, and everything has been fantastic. As first-time homeowners, were thrilled with our purchase, especially given the excellent offer we received. Our sales representative, German Godoy, was incredibly helpful and always available to assist us. Additionally, working with our construction manager, David Ibanez, was an absolute pleasure. Although we encountered a minor issue with the quality of the sod in our backyard, Pulte promptly resolved it after we moved in. Overall, our experience has been outstanding, and were delighted to give this review 5 stars.

Decent homes for the price, just that community has less to offer. Future development around the area looks promising. So many shops & restaurants close by and many more retail under construction including the ones in Leander Northline. German Godoy, the sales consultant was very friendly, goes to any extent helping with all the available offers and making the home buying process smooth, DJ construction supervisor was good and helpful providing all the information we needed after sales, Larry warranty supervisor followed up on issues reported and made sure they are all fixed, noticed minor issues though compared to my previous purchases, overall a good experience.

My wife and I recently moved into this community. Mitch in the sales office worked extensively with us to get a home that was perfect for our needs. As with any new construction, there were some minor hiccups during the building process. However, they were all addressed timely and we were able to close with a perfectly functioning move in ready home.
