Love love love the model home but what I appreciated the most was Mr. Evans. He sat down and ask detail questions in order to point me in the right direction as what home would fit our needs. Even better he was so inviting and really interested in helping buyers. He even had some potential buyers come in, he excused himself went over spoke to them to get them started and came back to finish with us. He really walked me around the model home. That has never happen before and this would be my 6th home I would be purchasing. Fedrick harries is sitting on a Gold mine having him. I want to buy the house just because of how he treated me. The houses are to die for but the customer service was a more than a match for the homes they sell. Never let him go because he shows he loves his job. Thank you Mr. Evans -

Beautiful model home! 2 story closet in the bathroom, and the layout of the home is so well thought out. Gorgeous π©·
