Absolutely loved the homes/floorplans and our sales person Enrique Lazcano was incredible! He answered our millions of questions with grace and he was very knowledgeable. He helped us see so many of the model homes in the different communities without any hesitation and we were able to pick the lot we wanted right away. Within 10 minutes of stepping into the sales center we knew Hakes Brothers is the builder we want to go with. You can see the high quality materials that they use in the homes and the floor plans are all very spacious. Love the upgrade options and it’s all for a reasonable price. Enrique made us feel very comfortable and I would definitely recommend asking for him when you’re looking to find/build your new home!! Pictures are for the Pershing floor plan
