I have had a truly great experience with David Weekley Homes and Tallon Roberts. I talked with several other builders some who belitted me and treated me like I wasnt worth his time. Tallon has been compassionate, caring and understanding throughout the entire process, answering all my questions ,patiently explaining and reexplaining how things would get done even coming to the building site and laying out the house then walking me around the rooms. I have never been part of a build and am having to do this alone and believe me it is a scary process. Tallon and his crew have done an exceptional job making me feel at ease, helping me through the process and making sure I have weekly connections with them. I highly recommend David Weekley Homes ,Build On Your Own Lot and Tallon Roberts at the 281 office as well as Stephanie in the design center and Ben.

After interviewing several builders, God led us to David Weekley build on your lot. If you have land, and wish to build a beautiful custom home, with more bang for your buck, this is where you want to be. Me and my family couldnt have asked for a better experience. Melissa(sales rep), Ronnie(build site manager), and Stephanie(interior designer) are all masters of their craft. They create a warm, welcoming family type environment, that really takes alot of the stress away during this highly stressful time lol Were given weekly updates, and are encouraged to notify them of any concerns during the build. With multiple inspections at every phase, Ronnie gives the biggest peace of mind that you are building a house that will stand the test of time. Melissa will have as many meetings as it takes to bring your dream to life. Whether in person or on the phone you can believe shell be available to get all your questions answered. That girl never stops working lol And Steph just flat out has taste!! You tell her the look youre going for and she will EXCEED expectations. Extremely blessed to have this team, that Im pretty sure we consider family at this point, carry us to the finish line of building our forever home. 1 month out, and well officially be #LivingWeekley

Tallon is amazing and really works his tail off for his clients. The whole BOYL team is fantastic! David Weekley has great communication and provides a high quality product at an amazing price! I definitely recommend this builder.
