Tl;dr - our home-buying process was EASY and CUSTOMER-CENTERED!First off, if you want an easy home-buying experience where you feel like a truly valued customer and not just a number, then you need to buy your home here.My husband and I started working with Michael almost a year ago. We knew we wanted to live in this community, and we grossly misunderstood how difficult selling our first house in a timely manner would be. Because of this, we had to switch our housing contracts several times. Michael was constantly encouraging us through this very difficult time in our lives. It felt like he wanted us to get into one of the new homes as badly as we did! At the end of this, he feels more like a friend to us and less like a salesman.Near the end, Ryan also began working with us. He was always friendly, helpful, and responsive.Blake, who is the head of construction, really takes pride in his work and the homes. Every concern has been addressed promptly, and no problem has been too small for him.Overall, it really felt like we were given the red carpet house-buying treatment. We are so happy with our beautiful, new home. I highly recommend this community to anyone who wants an affordable new home without the added stress of buying elsewhere.

I had a fantastic experience with D.R. Horton homes! I was really nervous because of stuff I had heard but I honestly couldn’t be happier. Ryan and Michael were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. They really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and ensured all my needs were addressed. The superintendent, Blake, is also amazing, attentive, and truly dedicated to quality. The model home was spotless and inviting; it even smelled like Christmas (which I loved) and made me not want to leave. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and attention to detail. Highly recommend D.R. Horton homes to anyone in the market.

Michael Duncan is the absolute BEST! He has been so patient with all my questions. He always had a cold coke waiting for my grand daughters when we stopped by. He has been with us at every step of this process! Before, during and even after closing!!! Thank you Michael! Ryan Pennington has also been great and so kind when we wanted extra time to go through our home! Blake Henderson was awesome at the walk through and made that day so much better. He did a great job explaining everything and is super knowledgeable about the homes! Awesome team!!!
