Beth came out accessed the roof damages and gave a detailed quote within 24 hours. She explained in detail what was needed.The roofing crew came out promptly. They were were professional, courteous and Tavo took pics of the damages and explained in detail what caused the damages and how he will fix the issues while I was on the roof with the crew.He was very patient and took his time with me.The cleanup was as if they weren’t even here.Two reasons why we picked this company. One is above👆🏼and they also do soffit and fascia, remolding, renovations and repairs in and outside of the house.I had four other quotes from various roofing companies. They didn’t want to do the soffits and fascia or very hesitant to give us a quote.We will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a phenomenal job replacing my roof. They helped deal with the insurance company and even got the roof done in about half a day! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!

I used James Denton with 110 Roofing. His friendly service and positive customer first attitude has been prevalent since throughout my whole repair. When it came to dealing with the insurance company and their inspection of the roof, James let it be known that he was in my corner and would work hard to get what was needed for my repair. He never came off as pushy or always trying to up sell me on the highest priced shingle. Instead he listened and took notice of what I currently had and presented me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my shingle choice.Always being on time and dependability is a huge plus when it comes with dealing with contractors of any kind and in most cases this can be a problem area for most individuals. I never experienced this with 110 Roofing. They were punctual and even early with every appointment during this whole process. I never had to wait around or rearrange my whole schedule. James and his team were extremely flexible and were respectful when it can to arranging times to come by my home.When the day came for my actual roof repair, James and his team were on time and kept the area around my house and flower beds clean throughout the whole job. Even after a week out since the repair I have not been able to find trash or nails anywhere around the house. The cleanliness at which his team operated reassured me that they were doing the best job possible on my house. I can rest easy knowing that this kind of high quality labor was performed on my home.Communication was the one thing that was predominant throughout this whole process. James was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. He explained how each part of the repair process would be done from claim, inspection, repair, and payment. I always felt that my needs and best interests were always at heart due to the excellent communication that I had with James.I will be the first one to recommend or serve as a reference for James Denton and 110 Roofing for any job to friends, family and strangers. I cannot even imagine using any other company for this and I’m thankful that James came to my door this year. I’ve been truly blown away and blessed by the quality job that was performed on my home hail damage repair.

Had a small job of replacing the trim around my chimney. Had to get it done as part of the sale for my house. Called 1-10 roofing and they came out, gave me an estimate and got the job done in a timley manner. The person they sent to do the job showed up on time, was very professional and did a great job. Rare thing in todays times. This is a company that I will use again and would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. Great job guys!!!!!

I hired 1-10 to do a large interior home renovation, almost 200k. There were a few issues along the way in terms of work quality not performed right by their subcontractors initially that they had to return to fix, but overall Im happy with the end result. The owner spent a lot of time making things right.
