Urban Office has redefined office leasing. Beautiful interior with wonderful atmosphere, clean spacious break room and conference rooms. A special shout out to Dominique Hall for making my move to this office very easy and stress free.

We have been very happy with our experience at Urban Office in Spring Branch Village. The facilities are nice, and the staff is exceptionally supportive of nonprofits and small businesses alike. They think of EVERYTHING thats needed in an effective co-working space. This particular Urban Office is also located in a vibrant shopping center. Morning, noon and night it is possible to enjoy food, drink, exercise, shop for gifts and take care of your health. Fellow tenants are also a pleasure. We love it here.

I have officed in many places and absolutely love this place. Great facilities, lovely staff, and great amenities! Definitely choose Urban Office if you need a spot - for a solo person or even a team. We love it here so much.

Let me start off with saying that finding a new office to lease is not the most fun job in the world. Trying to figure out the best pricing options, location, environment, amenities, culture, ease of access and so on can be extremely overwhelming.Luckily, the process was immensely simplified through the efficient and professional work of Dominique Hall and Katherine Fillmore.It is always my pleasure to recognize extraordinary performance and that is why it is important for me to recognize their fantastic work.Dominique and Katherine has consistently demonstrated amazing professionalism in all of our interactions. They have always responded in a timely manner and are always willing to accommodate our needs no matter the situation.I don’t usually say yes on the spot, but Dominique was able to assure me of an efficient move in. My Business partner and I needed to relocate our Headquarters. The Co Founder of our Security Company (The Crown Security and Emergency Response Academy TCSERA). Met with Dominique Hall on a Monday. Deal for our new Headquarters signed and done that Wednesday. We both live in Spring Branch, we take pride going to our new office at Spring Branch Village. Not only is the office incredible, no one can just access the door need the app. Beautiful amenities like lounge areas and kitchen and refrigerator. Braun Enterprises knocked the whole shopping and retail center out the box.We will forever do business with Braun. Had issues with my app for accessibility.Katherine Fillmore made sure I was good. Great caring, customer service. This will ne a long term relationship for both parties involved.
