Just started working out of this space and I really like the security system controlled by the wave of a hand! Strong modern aesthetic with thoughtful decor and a great location for anyone near CityCentre, Spring Branch, Memorial City, or Gessner in West Houston. Plenty of new restaurants and shops opening up on this side of Katy Freeway. Nice mix of companies in the building - doctors, investment firms, and a family office.

Many amenities.Love their filtered commercial water dispenser that has hot, cold, sparkling, and room temp options. Spacious, clean, and new built out workspace with easy access to many restaurants, shopping, and the Houston Energy Corridor.

Beautiful new office space with tons of amenities. All inclusive rent, fully furnished spaces - perfect for an Executive satellite office. Great location with fun restaurants next door too!
