I was looking for a co-working space downtown, so that I could walk to the court since I own a law firm. Lyric Works had the space available and gave me a great price. There is a gym that I use, the place is always clean, and there are great conference rooms that I can rent. Usually I dont have to rent since I have built in time in my rent. I rent space in an occupant only garage, so I dont worry about lack of parking space. The front desk is great with Evelyn and Jessica taking care of my clients and needs in the most professional fashion. Extra perks are that the building is by the Opera, Ballet, Hobby Theater, and Alley Theater. I highly recommend renting from Lyric works! -

Excellent place to be around I havent been inside but then again Im homeless and I sleep here sometimes getting ready to handle the cold but I dont think this place is going to keep me out of the cold I got to find a different spot but for right now Im just resting -

Lyric works is a tremendous facility. My firms main office is in Dallas. With Lyric Works we are able to maintain a swanky Houston presence and have all the amenities as if we had rented the entire building floor. Jessica the property manager, and Evelyn who works the front desk provide exceptional support. WE considered many options prior to resigning our lease for an additional term, and their presence in addition to the facilities made renewal a no-brainer. Additionally, the space has recently undergone a facelift so it provides a more modern space where we can meet with clients. There are multiple conference rooms, a kitchen, and an answering/mail service all of which add to the professional downtown feel of the space. I would highly recommend Lyric Works for your downtown office needs, it is easy to access for clients, it has easy parking and is located next to plenty of food options. -

Not only does it have a wonderful view of downtown. But as my first office it’s the most amazing spot anyone could ask for! Looking forward to making a lot of money while helping my people. -

I found Lyric Works post-COVID. It was the perfect place to revitalize my private practice as a marriage and family therapist. Thanks to Jessica’s personable and professional support as manager, especially through Houston’s weather crises, it was a no brainer to take our business relationship to the next level gaining access of a wide array of support services. The crowned jewel of Lyric Works is Evelyn, whose smile and calming presence make all of my clients feel welcome. Evelyn may not have the key to the city, but she is a staple in our community. She works on the 9th floor of Lyric Tower and is the best Receptionist in the entire City of Houston.
