Fantastic service. Really nice and quiet coworking spots, offices for those who need them, and Christinas customer service & hospitality are fabulous (she on-boarded us on the phone and we met her at reception on our first coworking trip here — love it!)I expect to be a Servcorp client for a long, long time. Great location too — this former Bank of America building is beautiful!

Veronica, Dana, and Abby were extremely professional and helpful throughout our stay. Numerous people on my team commented on the positive professional attitude they exhibited. I also received general comments on how clean, pristine, and proper the facility was maintained. Servcorp was able to respond to our special requests for start times, catering, and general needs. This is no doubt a reflection of the corporate training and general “can do” attitude of the staff. Had I booked this through a hotel, the cost would have been almost double. What a great value!

We have been tenants since late 2015 and Servcorp is first class. I occupied an executive way back in 2000 when I started my business but the level of service does not compare to what you receive from Dana, Abby & Veronica within this Servcorp office. The staff can always handle any executive need that you need in short order.

The Servcorp location was perfect for our firm as we opened a presence in Houston and the staff was both professional and helpful, catering to a myriad of our requests. The offices were always clean, the staff friendly and they expertly accommodated our many requests. Great experience!

Best of the shared office/conference room spaces Ive seen. Very professional atmosphere, not the startup vibe you get at other co-working buildings. Ive been here about a month and the staff has been attentive and responsive to any needs Ive had. So as far as things they can control, Servcorp knocks it out of the park. Two things they cant control have been the only minor inconveniences so far- the mobile app for booking conference room space is clunky and not so easy to use; and there is a lot of construction going on around the building that makes getting into the building somewhat difficult. This is just a minor annoyance, and again out of Servcorps control. Everything else has been awesome!

In all my years with Servcorp, I have never been let down. Veronica is very professional, competent, with excellent time management skills, and a wiz at social media (ie Facebook) My clients always love working with her. Leah is a great trainer, engages with the clients, and always finds a solution. Extremely professional. Wish there were more networking functions to socialize with other clients on the floor. Overall best choice I have made for my business.

Servcorps location at the Bank of America Center in downtown Houston is everything advertised and more. I handle my law practice almost exclusively at the courthouse, but I do need a business address. Servcorps address package allows me to list an exclusive downtown address on my business cards and marketing materials at a fraction of the cost of a traditional office lease. I rest easy knowing the Servcorp office always has at least two staff members present in case of a walk-in and that I will be notified the second mail is delivered.I cannot recommend this service enough.

Incredible building, amazing facilities, unlimited coffee, friedge full of drinks, snacks and last but not least, an increadible support form its front desk team always with a great smile and looking the best way to solve anything. I really like to have my offices in the Heart of Houston Downtown which is a convenient advantage for the business...
