Wonderful management team who are very quick with email request and phone calls. Very affordable and nice building. Maintenance is on the spot when needed, they have a great iphone app that helps you stay connected to management and maintenance. I spend some time shopping around for a room and boxer had the best rates by far. -

I certainly appreciate Marie taking the time to check in on the tenants. She is concerned with keeping the tenants happy and is aware of what going on in the building. Maintenance is very prompt with service requests, and the building is kept clean. -

Serena Roberson is the sweetest. Easy to get a hold of and goes through everything and where everything is. Very helpful. Ivan in maintenance is very helpful too and always available.
