The most exciting draw for me to One Irving Plaza (OIP) was the superb location and easy access off of Hwy 183 onto Airport Freeway. I am literally minutes from DFW airport, Love field and downtown Dallas. I have found OIP to be the most affordable commercial space that is located near the prestigious Las Colinas community. The building is owner managed which was a key factor in making my decision to lease. In addition to owner access OIP also includes onsite security and maintenance and is a full service facility (including WiFi) with plentiful parking surrounding the entire complex. I have always felt safe coming and going. I am surrounded by professional tenants and everyone is friendly. If you are looking for an exceptional place to set up your business I strongly suggest you take a look at OIP!

Not easy access off-ramp from 183-W and from 183-E you have to make a U under the bridge.

Taxsas are made here. I recommend them. I asked for Sister Ruth. She is very good at making taxes. She specializes in her business for many years. She manages several businesses in her office. Visit her. She is on the first floor.
