Every time I meet a client at the office, they comment on how professional the space looks. I like the fact that Lucid branding is nowhere and they think of me and not the space. So I’m only in my 3rd week working inside one of the offices on the 3rd floor, but ever since I started I can’t help but notice how amazing the reception service is. I believe it’s Nikki and Jeffery always do such a good job keeping the environment clean, organized, and welcoming. Not to mention my favorite part is they often put out snacks and drinks for everybody which is just icing on the cake. 10 out of 10 best I’ve seen.

Lucid offices have been great, we have been here since they opened this location, we were at City Central and Industrious prior to them and were not satisfied. They have very helpful staff like Brittany, who is cooperative and will try her best to accommodate what you need. Their supplies in the kitchen are always stocked, they have happy hours on Thursdays and Fridays. All the folks in the offices are also very nice. Overall great experience since 2018!

You have 24/7 access to the building, Onsite personal gym, lounge and concierge area that has a coffee bar, pool table, & shuffleboard, for those days that you just want to walk away from your office for a minute. You cant go wrong! If you get curious and want more info. Make sure to ask for Garrett, Tessa or Dariya!

I rarely give reviews because you never know if a company will then fail you after the positive review. Worksuites is a rare company that creates a culture of good customer service. It has the resources of a large national/international operation but the true feeling of a local family. They hire great people who genuinely want to help you succeed as opposed to billing you to death. They work with you. They shoot for fairness, consistency and excellent customer service in every interaction. Most of all, they go above and beyond to help you meet the unique needs of your business. They make mistakes like any human but they are quick to resolve them for you with a smile and a sorry or a gentle explanation. My center manager, Sarah, is head and shoulders above anyone in my experience for the 7 years I spent with an international competitor. If you need an office solution, go with these guys.
