Honestly its quiet for the most part. The building manager, Ashley, has been the best building manager since weve been in the building. She has an open door for whenever you need to pop in at any time. Her response time whenever we email her is prompt, her communication in general is top notch, to be honest.

Ms. Ashley, the property manager is the sweetest. She is very professional and always has the best interest of the tenants at heart. She is very prompt to resolve issues brought to her attention.

The property manager Ashley Thomason has been amazing. Since becoming a tenant for Boxer Property, Ashley has honestly been the only manager to respond to emails and any issues with office and/or maintenance, all in a timely manner. She has been by far the best property manager weve had. Ashley has been tremendously great being available in her office during business hours, there is never a time Ive went to her office and her door was locked or closed. Ashleys communication in resolving problems between tenants in the most professional way. Were very satisfied with Ashleys management and do not plan to go through any manager change now or in the future. Thank you for all you do for this property and the tenants and guests. Id recommend anyone to have their business at this property.R.D

I am writing a review on the security officer, ms stafford. her presence and response is awesome. even knowing that she has to cover multiple buildings withing the gates, she is always reachable, attentive and maintains a positive attitude in all situations.

We are very pleased with the property staff, maintenance staff, and security. Theyre open with communication, changes, and updates to the building. Officer Stanford does an amazing job. She’s exceptionally courteous, professional, and takes pride in what she does.

My team and I had been waiting at one of the suites for appointments because the gentleman that was supposed to be there did not show up on time. Ms. DeConda Stafford, the security officer at 9894 Bissonnet, was very kind and did all that she could do to assist us.She tried to reach the person, reported back to us what she found, and provided comfort.We all appreciated her efficiency and professionalism during a very frustrating few hours.God bless her
