I am currently a Tenant with Boxer property and I have to say that that their maintenance culture is top notch. Clean buildings and offices and always on time to help resolve any tenant issues!The Manager at my building, Charles Williams is great and very good with managing the building and helping Tenants resolve any issues.

Domenique is awesome! He is definitely by far, the best property manager we have had. He takes the time to address our concerns and to explain how to address them. If there is something we cannot work out, he takes the time to come to our office and walks us through the process. He is very professional, polite, and always friendly.

Andrew David, is the property manager at this location. extremely nice guy very professional because of him I lease one year lease at this place. The space, location is perfect. pretty much can go anywhere from here you have major highway there close to connect anyway. and the price is just rockbottom I have been looking everywhere and I just can’t find a person like him and the price in Dallas. so if you’re looking for a place for business this is it especially Andrew the manager of this place extremely professional he will go out of his way to make you sign the lease. and he will not hide any fee or anything will tell you right in front so he’s very honest as well. I highly recommend this place .
