The building is first class, with great sitting areas, Mutiple conference rooms on my floor and incredibly friendly tenants. But for me it is the staff, particularly the female attendants who keep the building clean. Ava is a friend to all, a work mother to some, to me she is all of that and so much more.

Finally Boxer got back to excellent property management. Crystal and Erick Nolen were amazing managers, but after them it took a turn for the worst management ever. Thank you Andrew Hodson and Robert Salmeron. You guys turned around the awful management we had for the last 2 years. Ive been at this building for 4 years. We were ridiculed and ignored buy the last 2 managers. You guys, the maintenance team and the cleaning crew are amazing. We can see the big change. Thank you for listening to us and for getting the job done the way it should.

The new management staff at this location have been amazing. Having Centre Fitness is a great asset to the tenants at Boxer. Chantelle and her staff have been very responsive to both maintenance requests as well as providing some nicer amenities for the gym.

We lease office space from Boxer Property’s Workstyle Spaces division. This WorkStyle Spaces location is brand new and looks great. The location is fantastic and they offer the flexibility to upgrade to a larger space when needed. The staff is professional and friendly. We’re planning to lease another space from them soon in Houston as well.

My business recently moved into a Boxer Properties suite, and I have been very thankful for all of the Boxer staff I have worked with. Elizabeth Guzman have been beyond helpful with so many aspects of getting settled. Richard the building engineer is very responsive to any requests and Dahlia with maintenance is very helpful and always smiling.
