Ive been with Boxer for almost five years and truly appreciate this location. As a mental and behavioral health company, weve benefited greatly from the amenities, conference rooms, and the improved safety features. The current management, particularly Andrew and Madeline, provide excellent customer service and are truly heart-centered, which aligns perfectly with our values. I highly recommend Boxer to any growing business looking for a supportive and safe environment.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Some floors of the office park have been newly renovated and have a very fresh modern feel. Other floors are more dated and have a traditional office feel to them. See attached for photos of one of the updated floors.

We have been a tenant in this building for 8 years. The management staff is great to work with and goes above and beyond to take care of you when an issue does come up. It is a great location for your business.

We just expanded our office due to growth and Boxer was great at helping us do that on time and on budget. It has been a pleasure working with the entire team over at the 4099 Alpha location.They are always very quick to respond to our needs, whether it is a temperature issue or a door lock issue. The Center has a cheap gym for use by the occupants, but I would like to see a café or coffee shop here.It is a great place and I highly recommend it. I cant wait to see the expansion plans here!

I am a photographer and have just recently signed a lease with Boxer Property at The Centre. I am very pleased with their service. My contact was Gil Engelhardt, and Gil is very responsible and professional. Always tried his very best to help me with all my questions and requests. Gil is very fast on responding to my e-mail, text and phone calls. Based on my current experience with Boxer Property, I am sure I have found good management and location for my business.

Moving suites-Boxer staff has been fantastic. We moved from 4099 McEwen Suite 650 to 4101 McEwen Suite 800. The staff from Security to the cleaning crew to Cynthia York and Paul Mouring have been FANTASTIC to work with. They have been responsive and so patient with us throughout the process. Love being a tenant at Boxer Properties in Dallas, TX

We recently completed TI for a large suite. There were many issues ranging from after hours requirements for painting and core drilling to customer supplied and landlord installed equipment. This on top of tennent supplied contractors working with Boxer supplied contractors.Cynthia and her team of Diane Richer and Mike Smith were wonderful to work with. Understanding that they have other tennants to manage as well, we felt like we were the only tennant in the building.It has been a pleasure and look forward to a long term lease.
