Where do I start, just a great experience overall!! From the moment we walked in the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. She connected us with Monica who guided us through our tour and our application process. She was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable, great customer service and honest. Coming from a bad experience at a different apartment complex Monica made us very comfortable and honestly turned our very sour situation into a blessing. Not to mention the grounds of the complex are clean and beautiful and the quality of the apartments match the model. Definitely no bait and switching here!! I’m so happy I found this place and would recommend to anyone that is seriously looking for a great new place to call home!

What more can I say about this place. Friendly and efficient maintenance staff. Office communication is very organic between the staff. Friendly customer service that greets with a smile. The list goes on how fantastic this place is. I had a water heater issue and maintenance was on top of it right away where as a water heater anywhere else takes a week plus to replace because they usually have to order one. Nothing less then exceptional.

Me and my wife got ghosted by an apartment and started looking again stressed and disheartened by the apartment search in and around the dallas area. We found wray north dallas and fell in love with the green trees and enviroment. The front house staff macenzie works hard to inform you anything you need to know. They got my apartment ready on time and utterly spotless. We have contacted the office anytime weve had questions and they have answered us. We currently have an accounting issue which we approached the front office with and they already knew about it and were in the process of fixing it. After leaving some less then great apartments me and my wife feel almost spoiled here. We will be living here many years if this is how our future will be with your company. Thank you for all the work you do.

It’s becoming rare that you find someone who goes above and beyond their work expectations, but McKenzi is the leasing agent who did an exceptional job at making sure all my needs were fulfilled. From the initial phone call to the lease signing, she was genuine, friendly, consistent with follow-ups, and informative. I hope the team continues to manage this property while I’m there because while they mean business, they are easy to work with.

I normally dont do reviews but I feel like the maintenance crew here definitely knows what they are doing and very well. I had a busted water heater that was leaking really bad. After I placed my request for maintenance they were able to come by that same day inspect the problem and got with management to replace it. Within 2 hours Chris Munoz and Beto were able to get the old heater out and replaced with a brand new one. They were quick and tidy so Im very pleased with their work.

It is unusual that I have an experience so overwhelmingly positive that I feel it necessary to make sure it is noted. I had a facilities concern in my apartment (my water heater was leaking). In past housing communities, this would have resulted in placing a work order and waiting for a long time before it is even read- much less taken care of. Not here. Upon reporting the issue, I was assured it would be taken care of the next day. Sure enough, the very next morning, the Facilities Manager (who is the most professional, engaged, supportive, friendly and dependable staff member I have encountered in many years) oversaw the repair, replacement AND CLEANING of the space. I was shocked. The repair was made IN ONE DAY. The cleaning crew was there THE VERY NEXT MORNING. To cap off this surprising and delighting experience, the Facilities Manager stopped by AT THE END to ask if everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. This is not an individual experience. In telling other residents about my experience, I heard over and over the wonderful comments about the response and care taken by the the entire leadership team here. If I could provide more stars, I would. If you are considering this community- please know that my experience with everyone- from the leasing agents, property manager and, most recently, the Facilities Team - has been extremely positive. Clearly, this is due to the dedicated, and responsive group of professionals that truly care about resident experience. And that, as we all know, is not common. I am truly grateful.

I had to come on here to finally write my feedback & review. I’ve been here about 2 years going on 3. I’ve had nothing but a great experience. The neighbors are literally non existent and keep to themselves. Everyone is very respectful. The area over all is peaceful. I feel safe and I love being here.Although it has under gone new management, personally I have nothing but good feedback regarding the team. First off, Melissa had been great. She is the sweetest and is always on top of it making everything smooth for us. I will forever be grateful for her. She is amazing. Mark and hunter have also been awesome.The updates and changes have been for the better of our community. New gym is excellent, the pool is beautiful, I love every bit of this place.

Stephanie in the office is great I will never talk to anyone else they are rude. She will help you every step of the way and usually knows more than the current manager. The apartments are reasonably priced and if anything breaks the maintenance guys are usually there fairly quickly. Overall decent place to live.

I really loved living here. To be fair- I lived here before new management took over in 2017.Pros-The apartments are beautiful. The layout and finishes felt modern, very functional and clean.Rent was decent.Easy access to the tollway.Nice pool. Pet friendly.Cons-I love walking my dog, but there’s not a lot of great walking space on the complex and Marsh Lane gets very busy.No view, there’s a green belt behind the property and coyotes came around at night sometimes.I had to move because a pipe burst or something in the until above us, completely flooding the apartment in the middle of the night, but management at that time was easy to work with regarding the incident and vacating.

I’ve been here for 4 months; I have not one complaint, and I’m picky. The move in process was simple, Jeremy was great, the area is generally quiet and everything is maintained well. One thing I HAVE to say is that I appreciate the fact we don’t have to worry about registering guests for parking or having to worry if they will be towed if someone spends the night. I haven’t seen one pest and my units insulation and AC are GREAT! This is an apartment complex so everything will not be perfect, but for the price and peace of mind...I’m happy!

I have lived here several years now. About two years ago the property management changed over to Dayrise. Absolutely amazing office staff and maintenance. You guys have always been professional, courteous and quick to respond to my needs- for that, I thank you! You guys are working together to make sure the apartments are safe, the grounds are clean and well maintained. About two weeks ago I had an emergency with the AC unit, you guys sent Danny. He came with a replacement unit to make sure my family and I were comfortable. Katrina, Tanisha, Sandra, Danny and the rest of your team-keep up the good work. You guys make living here a place to call home!

Truly a wonderful apartment. Weve lived here just under a year and are very happily renewing our lease. Its clean, quiet, and problems (which are quite rare, anyway) have always been addressed immediately for us. We had an issue with our A/C unit and because they were unable to fix it right away, they installed a window unit so we could be comfortable until it could be addressed. I thought that was awesome. The A/C unit itself was then repaired within a few days. The office people are always pleasant, helpful, and genuinely good people. Truly couldnt be happier and look forward to another year here.

Recently moved to the area staying with family & slowly searching for my own apartment to move into in couple months. I have been looking at locations in area & have been upfront that I am not looking to move right now . I want to see what options will be ready in the next couple months. Many apartments in the area shut me down or don’t give me the one on one attention. You can tell they just want to “lease” to meet their quota. Marsh Creek was my last stop and I almost didn’t want in but the customer service was beyond amazing! They provided me with all the details & more. I felt very comfortable asking questions because the ladies understood my situation never making me feel as if I was just a “lease” to hit their numbers. Although I have yet to lease Marsh Creek is top of my list. Once I am situated a little more in the next couple months I am definitely coming back (hopefully there is still a good deal) to lease with them.

Living here at Marsh Creek has been a joy! Very quiet communtiy, which I love. I have friendly neighbors. The ladies at the office are always polite and the maintenance crew is the best!! The office sometimes have events which are children friendly and it really makes it feel like a community. The landscaping is always kept up! Its a beautiful place to live! One happy tenant♥

I see there are a variety of complaints about this complex. I live here and have lived here for over a year and just renewed my lease for another year. I love my apartment, its located in a quiet and serene area, we have an on-duty security who is hands on and no joke. Wont be no domestic abuse on theses grounds.... Are they a bit pricey?- Yes, but for the North Dallas area and the other apartments Marsh Creek definitely beat the competitors.We have newly renovated units interior and exterior- I have white cabinets, granite and fauxwood flooring. Best updates in the area and trust me Im always apartment looking and comparing to make sure I have the best deal. We have an online maintenance system and they are pretty quick for me, just be friendly with the office staff and respectable, in your approach. Just think at your job- if someone comes in rude and nasty how would you respond?If you ever have a major problem contact the regional Manager/ problem solved. Im a regular person and resident. IS it 100 % no- but hey when your serving over 300 families somethings bound to go wrong in at least 1 unit- right? not a spokes person, and Im a pretty picky B**** if I shall say so myself (excuse my French) So from selling my home to living in my first apartment Marsh Creek has been pretty nice to me.

Its been almost a month so far and I stay alone in a small square ft apartment, but everything so far has been pleasant with these guys. I moved in from another state, but prior to that I visited the complex and for a while until my new job was prepared Marsh Creek kept constant communication with me. There was a period of time I needed to wait to provide them information and they truly didnt mind despite my room being considered by others. I had an issue with a double payment and they fixed it immediately. Maybe things might change in the future and Im not one to have too high of expectations for anything, but I dont regret it in the slightest for my first move.I mostly talked to Virya for almost everything up to this move. Everyone else there in the office is really nice to me too, but since I spent majority of my time communicating with her shes definitely A++ in my eyes.

There were too many leasing agents that wanted to lease me what they wanted and not what I needed.Sandra Tinajero, The manager was very patient & courteous anytime I came in to check availability or had questions that arose from time to time. Got a 12m lease and everything was great. Only really had one hiccup but that was resolved very quickly. The staff there are always helpful and playful towards my wife and I. All I can say is careful when you get the floor plan that has a stair entry as that could run your electricity bill. Other than that two thumbs up

Marsh Creek, are very nice! I love my cute upgraded apartment with Granite countertops an white cabinets, with wood floors. The staff is very helpful really nice an quiet community almost gives the country fill living. Excellent!

We lived here for a year and a half and loved it! The only reason we moved is to be closer to family out of state, but we would have happily renewed our lease. The management and staff were always helpful and friendly. They tried to make it feel more like a home by doing community events and special activities often. The facilities were always well maintained and easily accessible (COVID permitting). I would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent, affordable place in the Plano/Carrollton area!!

I enjoyed my time spent with Marsh Creek. I did have issues with my first unit. Resolving the issue was painful dealing with the unit flooding. Explained issue to Tashana her attitude is very nasty, her character overall. Seeing that the flooding continued Sandra took over and was able to get me into a new unit I was satisfied. Sandra, is an awesome agent her customer service skills are excellent, and if there is any type of issues she trys to be prompt on taking care of the problem. Sandra Thank you for being apart of making Marsh creek a wonderful place to call home. I appreciate you.

Came to Marsh Creek this week as a prospective renter, met with Virya and she made the experience great! Virya was very polite and full of energy, helped break down all the options very easily. Havent decided where I will be renting yet, but I did think the units were priced very well for the quality of apartments. The rooms were very nice, no complaints or issues that I could tell.

I have lived here for about 2 years. And I only have positive things to say about this community. I absolutly love it here. The community is beauitiful, well maintained and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. These ladies are absolutely awesome! The gym is open 24 hours (wish it was bigger though). Lots of available parking spots and no towing. No bugs! Maintance is taken care of timely. i can go on and on. Need i say more. I would recommend anyone to come stay here.

I am going on 2 years now on this property Ms Sandra the assistant manager and Mr Danny (maintenance) and Mr Lee (maintenance) have really made my stay pleasent they are super nice always on top of their stuff every time i have a request it gets done very fast. I love this place is quiet and i have great neighbors.

First and foremost... Virya Neangrith was VERY helpful and answered all the questions I had professionally. I would recommend Marsh Creek to all my friends. Easy, Smooth, Fast service and great personnel at Marsh Creek. On moving day the heating was not working went to office right away and no later then 10 mins maintenance worker was there to fix the problem asap!!! That is good service!

I had never meet someone who was so understanding an willing to help in my life my brother is 44 he never experienced nothing like it neither. I cried because for a different race to help u out( FYI) Im african American, he spoke with us as if he was genuinely concern an completely understood everything. Im beyond amazed Jeromy you deserve the most blessings that the Lord can give. I swear he was honestly an angel. Hello my name is Bernadette, & Ive lived here since 12/2011 I first was in a smaller size town home & since feb. 2015 I moved into a larger town home here & I just love it The ladies in the leasing office are so professional they work with u, & if u need a repair , they b on it right away & I loved the way they smile to make u feel right @ home so shouts out Suzanna, Lillian, & Olivia these young ladies are the best This is a great place to live I need to correct one the ladies name her name is Virya Neangrifth not Lillian shes has always helped me & really all of the ladies whenever theres a problem which is minimal , they updates were great & I feel just like Im in my own home. I dont care about the rent amount because u pay for u get, & I like nice things, & this area is nice & quiet & great to live so shouts out to Marsh Creek Apts
