It’s been great improvement. All of the staff members are amazing, kind and understanding. I love that They do their best to keep the gates closed. It’s clean and it’s a friendly safe atmosphere, anytime I have something wrong with my apartment. They always do their best to respond in a timely manner. I get a lot of packages ordered to my unit and I’ve never had not one stolen. I love that it’s very quiet yet friendly I’m happy to call this place home.

I moved here’s from out of the city so coming here to the complex was very nerve reckoning upon arrival the staff was very welcoming and patient with my concerns and inquiries. Showed me mutiple units until I decided. I finally settled into my new apt It’s spacious and nice inside.& I got new appliances which was a plus . ! The only reason rated 4 is because you get one parking & that parking must be paid by tenant . And there is no visitor parking available which makes it nearly impossible for visitors. Other than that I think I found a hidden gem 💎

I have deleted and updated my previous review. I have been here 10 months and I see changes happening. We are under new owners and they are trying to make the property better. I appreciate Management for allowing grace for issues that arise and sometimes we must allow them the same. I see reviews about maintenance issues but just remember communication is key. Give these apartments a chance. There is a sense of community here amongst your neighbors and staff.

Moved in a little over a month ago. They’re always running specials so we got our first full month free. I was at first skeptical about the additional charges like trash valet pick up but it turned out to be so convenient to just place our trash outside the door every day. I’m disabled so not going to the dumpster every day has been a relief and having an assigned parking spot near my unit helps to insure I don’t have to walk too far to get home. Maintenance is pretty responsive. We filled out a check list they gave us when we first moved in and after everything cleared from the hurricane, they came and fixed everything on the list. Hoping to upgrade to a townhouse when my lease is up.

The apartment itself are okay, nothing crazy. Has normal wear and tear and do have bugs frequently. The staff at this apartment complex do make up for what the apartments lack. The office staff is very nice, respectful, and responsive. The maintenance man, James, is very good at his job and at ensuring that you have your maintenance needs addressed and met promptly.

It’s quiet it’s clean it’s safe and it’s perfect prices for raising your family. The office personnel is amazing. It seems the price is reasonable and worth what you get. It’s close to everything that you need. Even if you don’t have a car I’ve been here Over six years and I just really enjoy the property and the management in the office. They are amazing. And so is the maintenance people you can’t ask for any better maintenance than what you have now So come visit if you’re looking for a new place to live I guarantee you’ll enjoy it. I also have family living here And I would recommend anybody come check us out and I guarantee you’ll love this place

I lived there for a year. Its a very calm place to live. The maintenance people are very good they always come fast to work on any issue tou may have. I never had a problem with the office staff. Just have to remember that You have to give respect to get respect. One time, I did hear gunshots one night but it wasnt for certain it was at the apartments. Some of the things i could point out are that they could use a pressure washer to improve the look on the apartment brick walls and have visitor parking. The parking is an issue because i couldnt really have anyone over. Also, that the sewer price is a little high. Overall, its a good place to stay. I enjoyed my stay and thank all the staff for all they do.

I waited to do my review cause anything could’ve went right or wrong within a matter of weeks. However I had a great experience with them. I had moved in late July and been loving it since. For starters it’s very quiet and people tend to themselves for the most part. They keep it clean around the buildings, and walk ways are easy to access. From the front office to maintenance they are professional and very kind hearted. So far I haven’t had any issues.

My brother recently moved into an apartment at The Woods at Lamonte. I am on the lease as well so I had a lot of contact with the leasing office. I am VERY impressed with the professionalism and helpfulness of the office staff (especially Nelly)! Every concern I had was addressed and dealt with in a thorough and timely manner. And thanks to neighbor Marsha Harris for speaking so highly about the Woods at Lamonte when we were looking around at different places.

Just recently moved in and I love the community/environment. With all of the COVID stuff going on the office made it really easy. Very nice staff especially Mr.Elias. He made the transition a lot easier making sure my apartment was up to standard before moving in and I’m so grateful overall I had a really great experience moving in and living here so far.

While the problems listed before my review are true, I find that most of them apply to every apartment complex in this price bracket. This is the best apartment I can afford, and all my real problems are only made worse by me. My a/c went out over memorial weekend, and I didnt know that was considered a maintenance emergency. I suffered because I waited to report the issue. It was fixed within a day, probably within a couple hours. Pest control always makes a difference when I request treatment. Apartment staff never complains when I insist they keep the front door closed to prevent my cats from escaping. I dont have a bedroom door to close in my unit. Right now, the office is planning to install a key card system at the front gate and mailbox. I dont know why its taking so long. Assign every unit 2 cards and youre done. Here are some things I wish they did have: an actual website for the residents with any info they might need and regular community updates (Dont rely on hand delivering pieces of paper to people who might not see it before weather gets to it), online rent payment, and online maintenance requests.

Great place to live under the new management. Quiet and safe. Gated community. lots of security cameras. covered parking. best rent price anywhere in the area. Pools, exercise room, laundry etc. I recommend it

I just love it here. I moved in about a month ago & the staff are just amazing , very good communication & very friendly . Neighbors are so welcoming & it’s definitely very clean and quiet . I’m very happy and pleased to live here .
