    I have to give 5 stars to the maintenance team! They are quick to complete work orders, my AC went out today and it got up to 80 degrees inside, they came same day and it was fixed by 1pm! I’ve had to wait days for a AC repair at other complexes, but never here.

Their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to resident satisfaction are truly commendable.As for the apartments themselves, they are spacious, and well-designed. Maintenance requests, though rare, are handled promptly and professionally, ensuring that my living space is always in tip-top shape.The location is also a huge plus. Its convenient to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, making daily life a breeze. Yet, its tucked away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, providing the perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility.Ive had the privilege of calling this place home, and I cant recommend it highly enough.     Living at the Woods of Elm Creek has been a great experience! The women in the office are so friendly and helpful and really made the process of applying and moving in so easy and stress free. The maintenance guys do a really great job of keeping the property clean. I love my apartment and the neighborhood so much. Its very quiet and secluded, but there are plenty of things to do in the area without having to go far. Definitely check this place out if youre looking for a quiet place to call home!

    I am a current resident and have been living here for last 5 years now and I absolutely love this apartment complex! The apartments are nice, Amenities are decent and the staff in the office is very friendly, attentive and they are responsive in helping you with problems.I love where my apt is located, so far I have no complaint about the complex; Pretty nice and peaceful place to live with great neighbors. The apartments are in excellent condition and the property is quiet with a great surrounding. Best living experience so far. The complex itself is great!Positives are maintenance is prompt, Awesome management and helpful staff that seem to care and extremely responsive to work orders. If there is a problem, you get an actual, sincere effort to correct it as quickly as possible. All the staffs are nice, and easy going. They are professional, friendly, courteous, and know how to manage this property well.

    I have lived here for over 2 years and i just extended my lease for another year. I have never had any issues in my apartment, when calling for small maintenance service requests, they are taken care of the same day. My apartment is spacious and well taken care of. The office staff is very personable and helpful. I would recommend this community to all my friends, its one of the best apartmets Ive lived in.

    I have had nothing but good experiences since moving here. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant, management is professional and courteous, and the maintenance team has always provided prompt and friendly service any time Ive had any issue whatsoever. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an affordable and quaint community located in a convenient area nearby great schools and lots of shops and things to do.

    I lived here in two different units for 4 years. I really enjoyed the experience. The location is perfect and I love this area of San Antonio. The office staff goes above and beyond and is very personable. Amy helped me out with mailing issues and I will actually miss my monthly chats with Carmen.Both units I lived in were clean and always had new paint and carpet. Any maintenance issues were taken care of within hours to a day, and I never had to be concerned about theft unlike some of my friends who have horror stories about jewlery being stolen. My experience here was great and Im only leaving because of buying a home. Im glad though I called this place home for the last 4 years.

    I have lived at Woods at Elm Creek for some time. I had moved out when my daughter needed help and moved back in as soon as I could. The office staff is great and any needed repairs are always done quickly. I also love the location - anything I need is within a very close distance, grocery, spa, restaurants, department stores, the library, movie theaters. I am very happy here.

    One of the nicest, well-kept, beautiful grounds, large rooms, spacious closets, great maintenance staff. courteous, helpful staff even if I didnt always agree with policy. Would definitely recommend. I read a few of the reviews - as far as cockroaches, you cant live in Texas without them, but the Woods let me have pest control in my apartment every other week which completely resolved my problem. They have many rules regarding rent - i.e. your move-out notice time vs. the end of your lease which can cost you quite a bit of money if you dont completely understand and comply with the rules, and there were times when I felt things were costing me more than they should, but I was always treated respectfully and if this is the worse of their problems compared to other places Ive lived and seen, then theyre doing a great job. The maintenance staff were friendly and helpful so I think sometimes the only people you hear from on these reviews are the ones that have complaints which is why I decided to post this review. Someone is always going to be upset about apt policies, there were times when I also was, but overall if I had understood them in front, I wouldnt have had the problems later that I did.

    Been living here for a couple days now, and we are loving it here, the apartment is great, and the community is super clean. Residents here are so friendly, and the staff is outstanding! Our apt locator let us know about this place and we are so happy we signed here! :) Definitely come and check them out if you are needing an apartment, you won’t be disappointed.

    I lived at Elm Creek for about 13 months before moving from the city, and I was very satisfied. First, the location is just excellent: close to Huebner Oaks Shopping Center, restaurants, HEB, Walgreens, and the highway (15-20 min to go downtown). Traffic is nothing crazy. This area, unlike more urban parts of San Antonio, is filled with hills and trees.The leasing agents and management show great customer service and care for their residents, which I could tell just by touring the place when Max was still there. Later on I had a security issue with a neighbor, and the manager Ruby heard my concerns in-person, gave me advice/resources, and followed-up with me to make sure I felt safe again (that neighbor moved out shortly after too). Most of the neighbors are friendly/quiet.Maintenance was the bomb, they show-up within the same-day or next day for issues and are helpful in explaining things. My 1BR was very spacious and my appliances were modern. These apts are aged, but with all of that for the price point, it was worth it. It says a lot when you see residents living there for the past 15+ years!

    I am excited to apply for a unit in this complex. I was very pleased with the outside look, the model unit itself, the willingness to work with me, and deposit payments and fees. I feel safe reading the reviews here on Google and other places. I will update this review as time passes but for now I can say that I highly recommend checking out Woods at Elm Creek if you want decent living at a fair price.

    Ive lived in several different apartments in San Antonio. While this one admittedly was a downgrade amenity wise, Ive enjoyed staying here. Everything inside the apartments are plain, but you get what you pay for. Ashley and all of the staff are so nice and I can tell you from experience, having friendly management is important. Ive never had an issue with anything here.

    I have lived in this apartment for the past two years and I must say that it is one of the best apartment that I have lived in. The staff in the office are very friendly and when you place a work order they see to right away. The complex is very quiet and your neibors really look out for one another. Even in the summer when kids are out of school its very quiet.

    I have enjoyed my stay at Woods of Elm Creek! Ive lived here for 5 years and sadly I will be leaving this February. If i wasnt moving out of town I could probably stay here forever!!! Location is great! Minutes away from shopping, churches, highways, and school! Besides from the occasional rude/loud neighbor its been a pleasure living here!

    A elite community full of mature trees lots of beautiful scenery and warm friendly neighbors most of whom have lived here for years. There are many great spacious floor plans with a view, loads of natural light and nature is all around me. Easy highway access and all your shopping needs close by. Above all else I feel SAFE. After selling my home of 16 years that I was physically unable to care for and maintain, I began the search for a apartment home. It had been years since I had lived in a apartment and my husband who now worked in the apartment industry had horror stories that would keep a tenant up at night. Time was running out and I either had to adjust my standards or be without shelter....( or so I was beginning to think) I wanted to live in a smaller apartment community, something with mature trees, a touch of nature, generous square footage, a large patio with a view, my own vanity, W/D connections, a floor plan that was open and flowing that was located off the beaten path but with easy access to all my shopping needs with at least one major highway only minutes away. ( I live nearby all three ) The tenants here are free to set their plants and garden decor off the safety of the patio, and actually have them all around the exterior of the front doors. This makes for lots of beautiful scenery with tons of personality. The majority of the tenants have lived here for years. Many have occupied two or more units during their time here as their needs have changed. So I went out and got to know a few of my neighbors and quickly learned the reasons why. The staff is warm and attentive even after you sign your lease. Troublesome tenants ( the ones that wake you up fighting or causing the kind of problems that require police assistance), have a tendency to disappear at the end of their lease. Now thats not to say you cant invite a bunch of family and friends and have a good time. Trust me, I like to have fun. But adults here seem to have the good judgement to know when to turn the music down, and when to move the party inside. If your a DOG lover, the property is 3/4 surrounded by unpopulated land full of wildlife that keeps my pups keen sense of smell extremely satisfied. This place has exceeded most of my expectations, and I expect I will be living here until my husband and I are ready to buy another ( much smaller ) home of our own. In this unfriendly unpredictable financial climate who knows when that will be. But we are definately living in the right apartment community for that. This staff wants you to re-new your lease, and the cost of living increase is ( according to 4 long term tenants ) very moderate affordable and fair. The worse thing I can say about this new home? It could use a face lift and update the cabinetry and appliances. Im not complaining, my cabinets and appliances all work pretty well. ( PS. I could use a new dishwasher eh? ) lo!!!!! Mendy

    I absolutely love everything about this place. Ive been living here for 4 years and its been nothing but wonderful. The staff is very kind and good at their job, always helping their residents, Especially the maintenance. Most of the people here are very kind and friendly. Living here as long as i have, I know all the staff are helpful people and anyone who says anything other than good things about them are most likely the problem themselves. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes a nice quiet community.

    I would highly recommend living here. The floor plans are very spacious, parking is good, and the community is quiet. The common areas are very well kept . Also, whenever I call with a maintenance concern, they are awesome come and repair the item(s) the same day of the call.

    About Woods at Elm CreekOverall Ive had a good experience so far, the office staff is friendly and maintenance had been phenomenal already. The only amenity available is a pool but the location is very convenient to many restaurants and shops
