    I am a new move in , and I have nothing but great things to say so far and I know going forward it will be a great experience! Breanna has went above and beyond on helping me and is very reassuring of everything ! She has been a huge help during the whole process and has been a huge blessing !

    My family and I have been here almost 3 years. We have experienced a quite, safe, clean, beautiful well kept grounds here. No place is perfect but management does a great job taking care of any issues in a timely fashion. Other than nickel and dime more for amenities its great!

    I have been here a couple of months and I can say that I really like it here. I have had a time to enjoy the place being home for quarantine. I can say that the staff is nice and professional, they keep the apartments clean and neat, they are very dog friendly, and I just like the way the staff put pride into this place. The neighbors are nice for the most part. I cant find a thing to complain about.

    Extremely clean and quiet environment also staff has amazing customer service skills I went in on a Saturday and the lady was exceptional answering every question I asked with specific answers that left me with no doubt

    This is an older apartment complex built in the 80s and naturally has its fair share of problems but I cant tell you enough about the management and how attentive everyone is. Things break but get fixed reasonably quick. I also had a very pleasant experience moving out ahead of the end of my lease which was kinda unheard of in Texas, considering how terrible the rental contracts are and how much worse the managers. This is also the most reasonably priced building in Bryan. Overall it was a great first experience for me upon moving to Bryan.

    Love This Apartment! The Leasing Consultant Breanna Is AWESOME! Absolutely l Love Her. She’s Been There With Me Every Step Up The Way To Make Sure I Was Taken Care Of. Highly Recommend That You All Go See Her. You Won’t Leave Disappointed. Her Professionalism Is Out Of This World.

    Me and my Husband have been living here for 3years now and we honestly love it here !! I can say that the staff is professional and kind !!! A guy name Nick I believe is his name is always so kind and helpful when it comes to any maintenance issue . Great place to live !!! & Awesome Staff !!!

    I can’t say enough GREAT things about Crystal & the maintenance men I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I can tell you one thing I recently moved and the apartment I am in now may be nicer looking but the management is horrible and careless. I will miss crystal and her good heart.

    Miss this place, all the friends I made, the staff are all great wonderful people, especially manager Crystle and the maintenance Nick. Nowhere in Bcs did I feel more at home then here.
