Ive been a resident for 10 yrs now and have loved living here. Its a quiet place 95% of the time and they keep up with the landscaping. Anytime Ive had a maintenance issue it has been resolved usually within 24 hours. The property management has always been super friendly, helpful, and professional. Id recommend this place to anyone! -

I do not live at these apartments but I regularly patrol them and rarely have had any issues at this location. Usually on a regular basis everyone parks legally and we barely leave leave parking violations on vehicles and in my few years patrolling this complex Ive never towed a vehicle. Management is super nice and friendly. I also document maintenance issues and submit a reports to management and they are usually on top of things. There has been no danger to this community or incidents that stand out to the best of my knowledge from Williamsburg Township and Homes. -

I love Williamsburg townhouses and apartments! Its a small gated community, very quiet and patrolled by security. Its very convenient for military because its located close to fort hood st gates. would recommend this community if you are looking for a nice safe place to stay in killeen. -

We rented an apartment twice with Williamsburg Townhomes and never had any issues. Maintance requests were always followed up the next day and Jennifer was always very accommodating and helpful! Thank you! -
