I recently had the pleasure of moving my mother into Weston at Copperfield, and the entire experience, thanks to Lori and Sophia, was absolutely exceptional. From the very beginning, Lori and Sophia made the process of selecting and transitioning into the community seamless and enjoyable.Lori was incredibly professional, warm, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions about the community and its amenities, ensuring I felt confident in my decision as I secured my mother’s new place. Her expertise and attention to detail made the leasing process smooth and stress-free.Sophia was equally amazing—kind, approachable, and proactive. She worked around my schedule to arrange tours and was always quick to follow up with updates and paperwork. Her friendly and accommodating nature made me feel welcomed from the start.The move-in preparation process has been effortless, thanks to their excellent communication and organization. Lori and Sophia went above and beyond to ensure everything is ready and perfect for my mother’s arrival.Weston at Copperfield has already felt like home because of Lori and Sophia’s dedication and hospitality. What a beautiful apartment as a single woman with no kids I was blown away by the amenities. I work from home and I enjoyed every minute of it. Peaceful no visitors no guest regardless of the time of the day. I live a healthy vegan lifestyle here I went to the gym 7 days a week I went swimming often the neighborhood was clean no problems at all checking my mail or receiving packages. I came here the beginning of covid-19 and wow the health precautions were amazing. I got the diamond package one bedroom fully furnished. As a sex worker I was able to work peacefully nice thick walls no cannabis smoke at all. I love Texas especially Houston it was amazing definitely a cool place to live lots of privacy no pressure when the rent is paid late. Just amazing I enjoyed many meals here and the pet policy is great. So much privacy wow just amazed at the privacy. God truly touched my heart with his bare hands when he/she directed me to live here.What a wonderful life check out the sky at midnight the stars are beautiful heaven sent.

Sophia was pleasant, she gave a very detailed , warm welcoming tour of the complex . Had a minor issue & she didn’t hesitate to help and fix the issue. Thanks Sophia for all your help :) Glad to say I made a right choice by moving in. I recommend this complex and of course Mrs. Sophia :)

Very pleased that this company worked with me on my renewal.. Maintenance are very knowledgeable and working on my concerns. Manager is so sweet and a good listener. In my 18 years here... I have realizeI have to have patients with new office employees/owner, as we all should. Lets all think a minute, it take common sensethat in order to get anything done, it take time/money. The new mgmt team and apartment mgr Mrs. Lori R. are very professional and handle your concerns right away. Whike Beryl left a scar in Houston this team of leasing agents including the mgr Mrs. Lor R. Was out picking up debris. How many apartment mgrs pick up debris? I don’t know but I feel this my home for now! The other are right on point when it comes to service. All my neighbors are kind and say hello. We have a friendly building #8 and appreciate they hello’s in the evening! This place is HOME come check it out!Randall Hall

I have lived in Weston at Copperfield Apartments since my house flooded in April 2016,. I never thought I would like apartment living but Weston changed my perspective, especially after 2022 when CAF Management assumed ownership of the property. The Property Management team of Andrea, Cecelia and Glenda are fantastic. Andea, the Property Manager is always willing to assist you with any problems and Cecelia and Glenda are always there to help you also.They are always there to greet you with a warm welcome, a smile and a How may we assist you today? They always make the time to sit with you and discuss any issues you may have and offer their resolutions to help you. You always get the feeling that they are very concerned about all of the residents welfare and safety. The Maintenance Staff of Asael and Juan are always very friendly and they are extremely professional in taking care of any maintenance items. Most of my maintenance exoeriences have been with Asael and it is very clear that he loves his job and always strives to do his job in a highly professional and efficient manner. I can sum up all of the on-site staff by saying that both the Management Team and the Maintenance Team are valuable and essential members of CAF Managment and hopefully, CAF also realizes, as I do, that the Weston team is one of the finest group of hardest working and dedicated employees that I have encountered in my many years of corporate management .Weston at Copperfield is a very well maintained, safe and clean complex. This is my first apartment experience as I lived in houses for over 70 years but I am most please with everything about Weston. Great services and amenities. Building and grounds are well maintained. What else can I say except This place and the people taking care of it are all GREAT

Thank you Kenya for the ASAP move!!! You are awesome!!! This office has A class and beyond staff. Everyone in the office was nice and friendly to me and my dog, Pan. The Manager, Assistant Manager, and the Leasing Agent were amazing, friendly, professional, and most importantly welcoming. The apartment is super clean, no roaches or bugs, stainless steel appliances (new), awesome garden tub, large balcony, new carpet. It has beautiful hardwood vinyl in the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathrooms. The kitchen has a stainless farm style sink with a pull down faucet. Absolutely love the apartment, amenities, and staff.

I moved to these apartments in June 2019 and loved it from the start. It’s awesome having all the conveniences so close to home. After having lived in multiple complexes across the Houston area, this complex is by far my favorite! The office staff are the best of the best (Tania, Desarae, and Ashley) and are quick to respond to problems, which are few. The maintenance crew is incredible as well—very quick and efficient in making repairs and maintaining the property’s appearance. It has been my experience in the Houston area that you won’t get a great office staff AND a great maintenance crew but that’s exactly what you get at Weston. If you want a great place to live, this is it. I don’t believe it’s any more expensive in comparison to nearby complexes. It’s also a safer complex which can easily be confirmed with a little research. Had my Mom not needed my assistance in TN, I certainly would have renewed my lease 😉

I have lived at the Weston at Copperfield for several years now and it has undergone several management changes! Under the current management company are Cecilia and Glenda. Both are leasing agents and both are very friendly and genuinely try to help you out with any questions or situations that arise! They are customer service with a smile! They make living here pleasant and easy! It’s comforting knowing that Cecilia and Glenda are always there to help!

I lived here for about a year and it was a decent place to live! The people that run it are friendly and have done a lot to try to improve the property. The maintenance men work incredibly hard and are super friendly. The location is great - next to gas, the movies, grocery shopping and plenty of places to eat - as well as a park! I am giving this property four stars because even though the staff does a lot to try to make it a fantastic place to live, *some* of the residents dont seem to care as much. Often times the trash would be placed around the bins (instead of in) or there would be trash and dog poop littered in their picnic areas. The maintenance men were then the ones who had to clean up after the residents. They would be moving trash at 7 in the morning to make it a nice place to live - I really respected them for that. However, a lot of the residents I interacted with were really nice. Its sad that its a few that ruin it for everyone else. My reason for moving was to be closer to people my age (Im in my young 20s- this is more of a family community) and the occasional crime. As to be expected in Houston and not much that the staff can do about it. There were often car breaks-ins and even a few times there were either tires stolen or someones window smashed in. All in all, it was a good place to live for a year. The renovations are really pretty and the staff, from the women in the front office, to the maintenance men, work really hard to be continuously improving it and building relationships with their residents!

I stopped in on a Wednesday to check out 2 bedrooms. We don’t plan on moving until February 2020 but I wanted to get a head start checking out properties. Even though it will another 5 months before I move, their leasing woman Desarae was more than happy to give me a full property tour, and spent almost another hour with me going over amenities and answering I had questions had. She and the Weston definitely made a lasting impression on me. We have some more looking to do, but they are at the top of my list.

When I first toured the property Ashley the leasing agent was very helpful in showing me the property and also going over the paperwork.I just wanted to recognize one of your maintenance guys “Jose Quintanilla. He does such great work. When he was working on the stuff that needing fixing, he explained it very well on what he was doing. I just thought that you all should know that he’s a great worker. I’m not sure if he is just a regular maintenance guy or the one in charge but he loves his job and does it very well.Keep up the fantastic work Jose!!!!!!

I moved from a house to an apartment and thought this was going to be the most horrible thing ever. But i couldnt have been more wrong!The apartment are absolutely beautiful, the property is well kept, and the Staff OMG! are amazing!The Staff and Management are very professional and care about their tenants.Not to forget the maintenance crew are angels. I had an issue with my AC in the middle of the night, they came out less than 20 mins!!The crew here really made this Home Sweet Home!

Paulette was incredibly helpful and showed us around even though it was raining cats and dogs. We had visited a different community before they refused to do a showing. That’s how we ended up at the Weston. The facilities are excellent and in great condition and reasonable priced.Because of that and the fantastic support of Paulette we signed up immediately and moved in the next day. Awesome facility awesome experience. Thank you Paulette !

The apartment that it was shown was in great conditions, it was not a show room, I really like that approach that was taken. I have it in my top apartments to move in.

Awesome apartments to live at. Office staff is very helpful and always follow up on maintenance emergencies. Maintenace is really fast and always keeping the property clean. Process of moving in is really simple, everything is done electronically and really fast. No pest complaints here. That chick fil a next door is an extra bonus and having that Kroger across the street is just amazing.

Ashley in the front office is wonderful! My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment and she really went above and beyond. Ultimately, we did find another place that was a better fit for us but I really wish we could have continued to work with her. We went to 7 other apartments that day and she was the best person with met with by far.

Today, 09/18/24, I want to specifically thank Mrs. SOFIA from the leasing office and the maintenance staff (NOEL and HUNTER), for making the grass cutting and maintenance of the green areas a reality. Also thank Mr. Noel for fixing the lighting between buildings 9, 10, 11 and 12 of the property, since he heard my concern about the darkness in which we found ourselves.
