I have been living in this condominium since January, it is quite quiet and safe. Undoubtedly the best thing they have is the attention and kindness of Miss Camila who cares and takes care of the problems we may have. Ive been living here for a while. I think Im going on 3 years? Anywho, I love everything about this place. Monique and Chris are always so helpful. They answer all my questions and help me with any issues or concerns I have and they do it with smiles! They always make me glad I chose this place.Darwin has been the head maintenance from the day I moved in. He has also been very helpful and takes care of any issues right away. One night, my smoke detector started going off in the middle of the night for no reason and he promptly came to fix it even though it was late. I felt bad, but he assured me it was fine. He is very knowledgeable about fixing anything and everything!All in all, Im happy to live on this property with a great maintenance person and great property management!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I have lived here for 2 years now and I have had maintenance fix things in my apartment with no problems at all. The maintenance men have been beyond helpful to me. The property is kept up and I have had no safety concerns for me or my children while living here. Parking can be tricky later at night but still not a major issue. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Personal reasons made my move from Austin, TX to Katy, TX super stressful!!! I would like to highlight and thank Ms. Camilia and Ms. Monique for guiding me through the application and moving process. I was kept informed every step of the way and they both made themselves available to me when needed. Their attentiveness and care has been amazing!!! I greatly appreciate the warm welcomes I have received from both staff and residents of Westmount. My neighbors are super sweet!! The diversity of this community is great and I am looking forward to interacting with more residents of this property.

This is my first apartment and I must say that I have no regrets about moving here. The Fitness Center is 24 hours and the staff is super friendly and give great Fast-Friendly service to each of their residents! Ive never really had too much of a problem with parking. If you dont know where to live then this place is the ANSWER!

Ive been here for about two weeks and I absolutely love living here. Very quite and staff is so friendly. my work and everything I need is close to me. Ive also read the reviews before I moved here and I found no bugs the place is very clean and well kept the parking situation isnt that bad either. I highly recommend station apartments .the best decision I made was to move here.

I have been a happy resident at Station at Mason Creek for about 3 yearsThe Office staff here has been Very Helpful to me in so many ways. Helping me with understanding technology issues , setting up automatic payments for rent and other monthly charges. and in general being helpful to me when I needed help. Monique Gonzales and Chris Cuellar especially have been here through my time at Station at Mason Creek. Ive lived in several apartment complexes before I found Station at Mason Creek. And Im grateful that I found this home here.Like the office staff The Maintenance Staff here including Victor and Darwin. have also been very helpful to me. Ive feel lucky to have had their help and their friendship and they have treated me like family and it is much appreciated.

I really love this place already! It is my first apt and the process has been great. With all my questions, calls, and emails I can say Chris & Kim have been a dream. The only thing I have had a hard time with is reaching them over the phone at certain times so I recommend calling when they open. Other than that I absolutely cannot wait to move in!

Parking is horrible. Those who dont even have a handicap placard are parking in those spots. Trash people open my gate but hardly ever closes it back. Maintenance comes out when you need them. I did not like hearing my neighbors fighting all the time. It is pretty quiet overall.

I lived here from 2015 to 2016 and have zero complaints about living here. The community is very pleasant and well-kept. This was the best bang for the buck when I moved in and its in a great location.Sometimes its awkward with staff when youre moving out, but Suzette was very polite and helpful. Shes very friendly and goes out of her way to assist in any way possible. Kimberly was also very personable and professional - made things really easy.Id strongly recommend this community.

Extremely nice place. The pool area is huge, beautiful, and kid-friendly, which is very much needed for Houston summers. Clean facilities for grilling. Very close to I-10 and shopping and restaurants. Would recommend.

LOVE STATION AT MASON CREEK!! This place has it all, from a beautiful property and pool area, to a hardworking maintenance team and (ever so hard to find) friendly and helpful management team. I can genuinely say, they take great pride when it comes to choosing their team, making sure theyre more than just employees but also a valuable addition to the family-oriented atmosphere here. My wife and I moved in September of 2015. It was a rainy day and our couches got soaked, so the first thing they do is offer to have their cleaners come wet-vac and shampoo our couches! It made a great first impression. (On top of the promotional offer they had at the time of getting a free IPad upon move-in.) From there it was a series of events that made our love for this place grow. I lounge in their business area frequently to use their Wi-fi for my online classes. Their new coffee machine contributed to many A papers HAHA. My wife loves going to the office to visit with the ladies there. No matter who comes and goes, they are always friendly and helpful. I am super comfortable going to Suzette Perrett for any needs or requests, she has been amazing! Recently our new car got bumped into at the grocery store and it left a good crevice in the door where water could get in. I told Suzette about it and the new manager Kim Blevens overheard and offered us a garage for a week free of charge to help until repairs get done. WOW! My wife and I are already planning our next lease with them and will be recommending Station at Mason Creek to everyone!

This condominium is ideal to live in. I have been living here for 2 years and I have only had 1 complaint from a worker here who works in the offices, his name is Luis Barrera. He very poorly attended to me the day I needed him despite having already been in these apartments for 2 years, which will be left for whoever moves in again, without words when I need him to open a mailbox for me and he did not want to get up from his chair to go there with me on a Saturday because he says he was very busy and I spent the whole day behind him so he could go with me. and it never happened, I lost the delivery of my package because of him people like him should not work with the public and even less in a condominium
