Located in the prime spot.in Houston, Just outside the loop (though still considered within the loop), Im very impressed with the eloquent buildings and its amenities. The high roof celining brings a lot of natural light. The corridor is quite big. The apartments are quite spacious. Concrete floors are a plus. I LOVE THE KITCHEN. It has wine cellar too. Gas range is a great PLUS. Multiple layouts available and I feel it will personally suits ones needs. The team is very kind and responsive. Loved the tour and planning on renting here for sure.

After visiting numerous residences, Waterfall clearly stood out as my favorite!The building is particularly beautiful and well-maintained. There are plenty of spaces to work remotely if needed, and the skylounge is absolutely stunning.For dog owners, there’s a convenient dog park within the residence, as well as a large park right in front, which is perfect for our furry friends.The apartments themselves are just as impressive, with their high ceilings creating a spacious feel. When Gavin handed me the keys, everything was spotless and the apartment was perfectly clean.Beyond the amazing amenities, it’s the team that truly sets Waterfall apart. Special thanks to Gavin - a true hard worker - to whom I’m particularly grateful. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire move-in process - which was complicated as I moved from abroad. He never gave up and went above and beyond to make sure I could move in smoothly, ensuring I had everything I needed. Fast and efficient, I deeply admire his professionalism!

I recently arrived to the community and I have absolutely outstanding experience. I’d like to thank Gavin and Alba for their attention and support! Both of them are immediate to respond, always available, constantly working. I’ve never seen them relaxing and resting, they have been always occupied either with occupants, guests or making arrangements in the building.My special thanks to Gavin, as he was the person who showed me the community, explained every detail and helped me with all my settling. I’m amazed to see how you are always ready to dedicate your spare time to help the residents to settle down and sort out any question. I want to take a moment to thank Abdul, the concierge at my building, for going above and beyond tonight. I lost my key fob after a long day at work and found myself locked out at 9 p.m. Abdul was an absolute champ—courteous, professional, and determined to help. He immediately got in touch with Gavin, the apartment manager, who picked up the phone late at night and helped me set up access through the building’s app (something I should’ve done earlier!). Both of them made an inconvenient situation so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful.Abdul, in particular, deserves special recognition. He’s always so helpful—whether it’s with packages, a warm greeting, or just making sure everything runs smoothly. He’s one of the kindest, most professional individuals I’ve had the pleasure of meeting, and I genuinely hope his hard work and dedication are recognized.I also want to give a shoutout to Alba, who was a huge help during my move. My girlfriend and I have been living at this residence for over a year now and I can safely say without a doubt that we have the best management staff possible. Justin and Nancy work extremely hard to cater to all of our needs and diligently to make sure things are up to standards and expectations. After the most recent hurricane disaster, we were super impressed as a community to see how everyone handled the chaos that ensued and overall we would like to thank Justin, Alba, Tomas, and everyone on Waterwall staff who has helped us recover over the past couple of days. Its hard finding a good team of managers who care for their residence and this is one of the main reasons why we still choose to live here (other than the luxury floorplans and amenities). We highly recommend this community, thank you again Justin and Nancy!

My wife and I moved into Watewall Place in April 2024. The management and staff are accommodating and quick to assist. Gavin showed us around and worked closely with us through the approval process. Nancy, the assistant manager, has also been a pleasure to work with.Additionally, the concierges are excellent and extremely helpful, making it easy to get packages, do laundry, etc.Overall, I would recommend Waterwall Place as an excellent luxury apartment and place to live in the Galleria Area.

I was looking to view a condo in the galleria area and happened upon the Waterwall apartments by accident. I was lost and stopped in. I met Alba, who was so kind. I asked her about the place and she made me feel right at home. I told her I wasn’t ready to move, just thinking about it, so she showed me what they would have coming available in my time frame. I am a Realtor and have been to many complexes, but there was something about this place that seemed warm and inviting. I am so impressed with Alba and Nancy. I moved in yesterday and they were both so helpful and professional. I was hesitant to lease an apartment but so thankful I did. I look forward to living her and having these 2 ladies on the property. Alba, who I’ve dealt with mainly, is a gem. She has a bright future ahead of her whatever she does. Nancy is such a people person and kind, so very helpful. They have made this transition to this wonderful complex amazing. I can’t wait to use the many amenities and conveniences the Water Wall Place has to offer. Highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I were residents at Waterwall Place from March 2022 to April 2023, and we would have happily stayed longer if not for some unexpected twists in our careers that led us to relocate to the Midwest. In particular, we found Nancy Lopez, the assistant community manager, to be incredibly pleasant, professional and generous with her time. She and her staff are super accessible. They do a phenomenal job handling all manner of resident needs. They’re super responsive to maintenance requests. And they make a real effort to get to know the individual residents, so it’s always nice to bump into them in the halls. The building itself is very clean, well-landscaped and neatly maintained. Obviously, there are cheaper places to live in Houston, but you get sooooo much for your money at Waterwall Place: dazzling amenities, beautifully designed apartments, prime location for walking to Galleria and a number of great restaurants, plus proximity to the Waterwall itself, which was a great photo op for our guests. But on a day-to-day basis, Nancy and her staff were the real stars of the show, and we’ll always have fond memories of their hospitality.

Nancy, Paulette, Gabrielle, and Alba are awesome at what they do. From leasing to the every day experience they take great care of you! And Thomas, Tim, and Cesar who are the maintenance team, keep everything in perfect order, they are at your door in minutes if you need them! And last but not least Victor, whos always so helpful! See for yourself, the place is gorgeous, and the city life right outside your door is happy shoppers and foodies getting their fun on. The Water Wall monument brings young and old alike, dressed in their Sunday best, Wedding, and beautiful Quinceañera outfits, taking pictures, and enjoying the waterfall, is always a delight! Put Waterwall on your list of apartment homes to check out!

This is a wonderful place to live! The building is clean, apartments are spacious, comfortable, beautiful and quiet. We have gas stoves and ovens. There is abundant parking space in the attached parking garage. The inner courtyard has a great pool with fountains, lots of seating and an area for outdoor grilling with seating and tables. The grounds are well kept and maintained daily as are the interior common areas. Service requests are handled promptly by Tomas and Tim. The leasing office staff (Nancy and Christopher) always go out of their way to be sure we are well taken care of and have done so much to help us move in and get settled. Their concierge service is also great. It is a very fun place to live with the Water Wall park and Galleria next door and many many shops and restaurants within close walking or driving distance. I highly recommend the WaterWall Place apartments.

UPDATE: Due to the recent natural disaster Hurricane Beryl, a few handful of units here were affected with flooding and water leakage. A lot of the community feared losing their personal belongings; I was one of them. Water had come in from my balcony door due to the heavy winds and rain storm and I was completely flooded in. Within an hour of emailing management, Justin showed up to assess the situation and quickly told me that he was getting ahold of a team to help drain the water out and minimize the damage as much as possible. I was not the only one affected in the complex so I can imagine how much headache and devastation everyone was having to endure. Justin and Nancy showed up even on the day of the hurricane and very quickly and efficiently went door to door to make sure each tenant was safe and assessed the severity of the damage Beryl had caused. Industrial dryers and dehumidifiers were allotted to those units most effected and renovations will continue to proceed throughout the complex. Management has been extremely quick and communicative in helping all of us get back to a sense of normalcy as soon as possible and we all truly appreciate the team and the effort they put in day in and day out. We could not ask for a better management team. Thank you for your hard work, empathy, and dedication through these tough times on everyone. Big shoutout to Nancy, Justin, Tomas, Gavin, and Alba, as well as our wonderful concierges and maintenance team. We thank you very much! Ive been a resident here for 6 years and will continue to be here, I highly recommend this community for anyone who is searching for their next place to call home!Brandon M. has made my experience moving in such a breeze, he is so attentive and helpful and I appreciate that a lot. I had trouble with my previous residency and needed a place fast and he was able to help me pick the perfect apartment for me and get me moved in swiftly and easily. I love the floorplans for these apartments and the great location. The site is easy to maneuver, and it provides virtual tours of some of the floorplans, which gives you an opportunity to feel yourself in the space. I love this feature. Hopefully, when I relocate to Houston in three years (maybe sooner), the model I want (B5) is available. Fingers crossed.

The apartment community is beautiful! They have done an amazing job with the unprecedented situation the entire world is dealing with. They have done their best to keep everybody safe and yet still bringing sunshine when we are needing assistance. I’m sure they would if they could wave a magic wand as they are unable to do certain things on their own and need outside assistance. I have seen them make the calls and do everything in their power as they are true professionals, the community couldn’t be any cleaner, State of the art, safe and so convenient. Funny how these bad reviews came out of no where and so close together seems very suspicious 🤔🤔 With recent events going on in our country and a whole global pandemic seems like a lot of people are bored and typing up FAKE reviews. I’ve been living here for 5 years and the experience has been nothing but caring, great, and so friendly. The staff is wonderful ( Ashley, Justin, Christopher, Brandon, the other Ashley, and maintenance staff) and try to get back to you as soon as they can in emails. I know I’m not the only resident in this HUGE apartment building so I understand when they are busy, and yet they still try to get back to you. Recently they’ve even sent goodie bags to residents and it’s such a pleasure within this quarantine. So as I stated before this place is great, the staff is great, and I’ll continue living here ❤️

Its a great place and within striking distance of a lot of major spots in Houston (Galleria, downtown, midtown, Texas Medical Center). The complex comes equipped with a great gym, pools, well-maintained clubhouse and office area, and a nice parking garage that is accessible only by a gate remote. The unit itself is spacious and has plenty of lighting, no matter where you are in the complex, and comes with a sizable fridge/freezer and washer and dryer. Any maintenance requests are taken care of within 48 hours and emergencies within 24. The personnel and staff are friendly and cooperative and make life all the more fun here. If youre looking to meet new people, there are social meet and greets once a month, which comes with delicious food! Overall, Waterwall Place is the housing choice if youre a busybody like me. Its affordable, safe, friendly, clean, and most of all, a place I can always call home.

Absolutely Jaw dropping complex. Spacious floor plans with great amenities. The staff is always wonderful Brandon is super helpful and sweet. Plus I couldnt ask for a better location across from the beautiful Water Wall and seconds from the Galleria and all the delicious restaurants Houston has to offer. So definitely make the right move and come home to Water Wall Place!

Gorgeous LUXURY style apartments. Apartments are super spacious with great amenities. This is the BEST place to live in the galleria. They are kept clean and quite. Love, Love greystar! The staff is always amazing and attentive. Plus being off of 59 and across the street from the Galleria your in reach of some of the best food and all shopping Houston has to offer. April is a rockstar and together with Madison and Charlye you have an amazing team to lean on that make you feel like your speaking more with friends than leasing staff. Living here will be the BEST decision you can make!!!!

Very centrally located for both walking to things in the immediate area and quick to jump on major roads for places further away. Exceptional living! I love love love residing here. I do not have the same amenities as the Mosaic, but I can say this staff is very detailed and value their residents. I explained my previous property manger Britney was very unqualified and rude; they made sure I was taken care of. Please live here it’s worth it! Make sure you speak to Karle... She is AWSOME!
