    My Mom has been at Watermere for almost three years. We absolutely love it because SHE loves it! The staff is wonderful, the building is always pristine, the amenities are wonderful...but the best part for mom are the other residents! She loves... Loves ...LOVES...her neighbors. Watermere, its staff and residents have been one of the most wonderful blessings for my mom.

    I’ve lived in Watermere at Woodland Lakes for over three and a half years. I love living here. The people are so friendly and there’s always things to do, whether it’s playing cards or swimming in the heated pool. There’s a great exercise room and also classes, plus a dance class and a craft class. There’s three meals a day, if you desire, or you may cook in your room. We have movies three nights a week and also church is available on Sunday mornings. We have happy hour every Wednesday evening and a special celebration at Happy Hour on the last Wednesday.Come see us. You’ll love it!

    I moved here 2 1/2 years ago, and I can truthfully say I have never been happier.     Since moving to Watermere on June 17, 2023! Claudia has been very helpful in some of the problems that we encounter moving in. She has always made time to talk to me, even though she has a very busy schedule.

    Watermere was beautiful, except I forgot to ask to see the lake. Jenna was very nice and informative. The only downside to living there that I could see was the food credits. The food was amazing, and if I did live there, I would like to know that I could eat at least one meal per day without having to ask for more credits. Overall, the experience was positive. Thank you, Jenna, for being a good host.

    Watermere is a wonderful community. It is beautifully decorated, and always clean to the highest standards. The food is delicious, and the servers are polite and make every effort to anticipate the needs of each resident in the dining room. The staff is truly caring and goes the extra mile.Management never fails to listen and address even the smallest issues.The residents at Watermere are wonderful and friendly. There is always an exercise class, card game, or group of friends to socialize with.

    If you are looking for a nice fun active place for retirement this is the place for you or your love ones the atmosphere is great friendly and caring. Apartments are spacious and beautiful detailed countertops. Management is amazing all staff members are a great help when something is needed look no further this is the place 💕🙌🏼

    My mother has been living at The Watermere at Woodland Lakes for 8 months and loves it. The staff is to be commended for the care of its residents and the facility. We looked at several facilities before choosing The Watermere and couldnt be happier. They work with the family members to make sure all goes well for the family member who is the resident . The facility is exceptionally clean and well kept. It is a very safe environment. For those residents that no longer drive they have a bus which takes them to the grocery store, Dr. appointments, Walmart and field trips. There are many activities which the residents can participate in and they can socialize with one another in one of many common areas including where the meals are served. If you are considering a place for yourself or your loved one look no further. Go to The Watermere at Woodland Lakes and see for yourself. I highly recommend this beautiful facility.

    My Mom & her friend are both having a fabulous time at Watermere at Woodland Lakes. They have made terrific friends, enjoyed trips on the van, and take part in some of the social activities.Their 2bed/2bath apartment is the perfect size and it is very charming. They wish they had moved in when it opened, instead of last year.The staff is friendly & helpful!We looked at every place in the area and this is by far the best you will find!!!!! You can feel good about moving a parent or treasured one to Watermere at Woodland Lake in Conroe (just north of The Woodlands.)

    This is a great place for retirement. The staff was friendly and patient. Especially when my mother developed dementia after moving there. They helped us find a assisted living facility for her and made the transition a whole lot less stressful. 5++ Stars. A special thank you to Terri and Jenna for all of your patience and help.

    It was such a relief when my sister and I found that our hopes and expectations for a place for our father were met by the staff at Watermere. Jenna, Adrienne and Sheila have gone way above and beyond the call of duty, not only to meet my dads specific personal needs, but to reassure myself and my sister about all aspects of his residency. They have made a specific effort to keep us informed as to what activities, dining solutions, etc might work best for him. It has been a surprisingly pleasant experience for all of us! I was expecting this to be quite difficult, and thanks to these ladies, it has been easy, and smooth, and peaceful. Thanks to you all!

    I made an appointment for my mom and her husband to meet with Jenna and she was a complete delight! Professional, patient and friendly. The community is absolutely beautiful, floor plans and interior appointments modern. We had the opportunity to meet a few of the residents who all were so friendly and spoke so highly of the community. The only thing a little confusion is their meal plans but other than that a 5 star community!

    The printed materials and the oral information I received were well organized and seemed to present the facility and its programs in an understandable fashion. Marissa was courteous and well informed. She explained the somewhat unique organization and programs at Watermere. The facility tour was brief but adequate to show the very positive elements of the building.

    Watermere is a wonderful place to live. The entire staff is friendly, cheerful and always helpful. There are many activities in which one can participate. The apartments are well designed. The community as a whole is laid out well with elevators and stairwells conveniently located. Transportation to shopping and to medically related appointments is wonderful, especially for those of us who no longer drive. Special events are regularly planned during holiday periods and in between. This was especially true when the Covid virus kept us restricted. The primary concern here is the safety and well-being of the residents. I am truly grateful for all the care and amenities, and plan to live here for as long as I can be independent.

    The staff at Watermere Woodland Lakes takes very excellent care of all of us including Shelia at the front desk and Lauren in food service. They all do their best to protect us during this Covid pandemic. Their job is not easy and I thank them for their daily care. It has been a great place to live and I appreciate the folks who live and work here.

    Watermere is an absolutely wonderful and amazing independent retirement community! Through the many resident moves we have conducted we have been privileged to see the property often. The quality of the facility, from the serene and peaceful exterior areas, to communal inside areas, to the beautiful spacious rooms, to the professional and truly hospitable staff--Watermere is impeccable! Its easy to understand why all the clients we move are filled with excitement as we move them to their new home!

    My father lived here until he required Memory Care. The facility is beautiful, in a great location, and the staff (especially Mike, who was a God send!) were wonderful. Toward the end my dad became a handful but they remained very patient and caring. I would highly recommend!!

    I worked with Jenna to obtain information and scheduled a tour for my MIL. The facilities were beautiful, and Jenna was amazing! She was able to answer all questions, offer additional options as we talked about my MILs needs and was just very helpful all around.     One of the first to move into this brand new Independent Living community. Moved here from out of state and really had concerns about this major lifestyle change. All I can say is I have not been disappointed in any facet of Watermere. The facility is first class. The staff is professional and responsive. Food way better than anticipated. And the residents have made this transition worthwhile. Apartments are roomy and well designed. All of this at a cost that is a true value in the marketplace.

    My life has always revolved around worship service, Sunday school, Bible study, and choir. I have all of that at Watermere and so much more.We have a wonderful, large INDOOR POOL. Its my favorite place to exercise. In addition, there is a great gym, many games too numerous to mention. A great library -- I read a lot! We have a spa for hair styling, mani/pedi. We even have an excellent massage therapist. I have made many friends. Its delightful to always have someone to talk to. The staff is ready to help with any questions. When I showed my son around Watermere, he said, This is like living on a cruise ship!And so it is.

    Dan Spencer and I have been residents at Watermere at Woodland Lakes since 2019. It has been a joy to meet our new neighbors and know the security of friends we can call on no matter the time of day or night if needed. We have truly become an extended family. Since I am an ordained minister, I have been leading Sunday Christian worship services each week—I am particularly blessed by the support that the Watermere staff members have given our congregation whenever we have asked for something to meet the needs of our aging congregation. All the Watermere staff members are eager to support residents in any way possible: they are kind and generous in spirit, making life here as uncomplicated as possible—they have been especially cognizant of our welfare during the recent pandemic and continue to monitor our residence so that our health and well-being are top priorities.

    I moved to Watermere in November 2019. I think that makes me a member of the settlers club. The apartments and common areas of the complex are beautifully decorated, a cut above.The staff is always professional, helpful and fun. Our fellow residents are honest, supportive and always willing to help . Kind words and big smiles are prevalent here at Watermere.

    Kourtney gave me a tour of Watermere and I liked the modern yet cozy feel throughout, the large common areas and fair room size. The staff is friendly and not stuck up; it seems they all enjoy coming to work and all get along really well. The prices were comparable in the area so if you like fresh carpets, new smelling rooms and a staff that gets along I give it 5 stars. I have not tried the food yet so can’t give a description.

    I am not a resident at Watermere, but I teach a Line Dancing class and a Cardio/sculpt class there every week and I have to say that these folks are a hoot! They are so much fun and its obvious that its because they are very happy. I teach at 5 other places and I can honestly say that this place is the best by far. Its knock out gorgeous inside and the residents and staff just make it an awesome place to be.

    I stop here daily for business and Ive gotta say I absolutely love it. Its one one the nicest parts of my day. Everyone who works the front desk is friendly and inviting, and every time the manager passes by shes sure to greet me. I speak with several residents almost daily and theyre all very kind to me. At this point I know many of their faces and nearly all of their names. Every one is incredibly charming and easy to get along with. Its in a nice location between I-45 and Magnolia, so both the Woodlands and Conroe (as well as Magnolia, duh) are a short drive away. Theres also an awesome strip center within walking distance with several options for food. Stop in and speak with Miss Terri today!

    I love living here at Watermere at Woodlandlakes! When I announced my retirement a year ago, I was told that I would be so bored and would probably regret my decision. I can honestly say that I have not had one day of boredom since I moved in. So many Activities to choose from.I enjoy Bible Study, Faith-Based movies on Monday evenings, Line Dancing, Team Walking, Aerobics, Spanish Bingo and meeting and making so many wonderful friends.
