I lived at the Villas of Mission Bend four years. Debbie and Linda (God rest her soul) were so sweet to me from the very beginning! I didnt get to know DeeAnn very well before I left, but everyone, including maintenance, was always so nice! Never had to wait on any problems being fixed, they were always so quick! I left to spend time with my Brother in Arkansas because he was ill. If I ever move back they would be the first place I call.Thanks so much!

My mom was transferring from out of state. I needed a nice neighborhood and property that would be comfortable for her with a great location. The first place I looked was Villas of Mission Bend. I toured the property with Debbie and had a great experience working with her and viewing the property. I went on to look at 4 more properties around the area and several online searches. I called Debbie a week later to start selecting a move in date. Debbie worked with me on the move in date and time line and was considerate with all the implications of moving across the country. My mom loves her place! The apartment was clean, the carpet was new, and the walls painted on move in date. I couldn’t be happier for my mom. She is close to several groceries stores and close to get to from where I live. The property is well maintained and the staff and residents I have talked to during the move have all been polite and friendly. There is plenty of parking and easy to access the gate in and out. I am happy with my decision and I know my mom will be in good hands. Thank you Debbie and thank you Villas of Mission Bend.

The Villas of Mission Bend is a great place to live. I just moved my mom in and she loves it! Debbie and DeeAnn made this a smooth transition and were always available to answer our questions.

Moved in the beginnig of the year. I love my place. Everyone made me feel welcome. Great staff. Great activities & a bus available from this location. I would highly suggest Villas of Mission bend.

Beautiful Property! Electric Security Fence! Just push the button on your light-up key fob! Clean property. Great Maintenance Staff! Beautiful Pool and Deck. Plenty of shade tree parking! Quiet backstreet property, very little traffic. 3 floors with elevator! Nicest floor plan I ever saw! The most spacious apartment I ever had, since 1/1/22. Plenty of great shopping! Walmart .9 mi. CVS .8 mi. Plenty of restaurants & entertainment everywhere! A little higher class here! Age 60+.

Wonderful apartments for senior living. I have had all four of my grandparents live here for 10 to 15 years now and they have all loved living at the Villas of Mission Bend. My grandparents all speak/spoke Russian and the office staff have always been very nice, always helpful, and always understanding. My only negative experience would be that when my grandfather was having acouple of issues with one of of his neighbors I dont think was handled well by the management.

Great complex for 55 and older. My mom loves it shes live there for 5 years. Great place for seniors..

I will thought their apartment rooms were extremely too small for the cost they were asking. The hallways and walk way was very unkempt.
