Nice quiet community located near multiple major highways which makes getting anywhere easy. Love the staff here….so much better than my previous apartments. People here have consideration and the children that visit are respectful. So glad I was able to find this place on such short notice. Bye Bye Alton Park!!!

My husband and I became members of this community on November 15th 2022. It is our first experience in a Senior Community and like it very much. It is a quiet nested community centrally located. The Manager Connie and Assistant Manager Rosa have been helpful, professional and caring from day 1. Emergency maintenance calls are cared for in a prompt and efficient manner. We had problems with the heating system, which required time and dedication but made sure it was A OK! Maintenance Team deserves all our gratitude!

Really Great place. My friend Donna lives there. I visit her when I can, and take her out to eat. She was my neighbor at my apartment complex where I am now. This place is really nice and quiet. And the grounds are kept clean by the maintenance people. The residence are nice people. They wave as you go by. Really nice place. I wish i could live here but im not old enough. Still a really great place.

Villas has been a lovely retirement community for my mom. The gated facility is well maintained and the staff are enjoyable to work with. We use the meeting room for our family gatherings. My wife and I can imagine living here some time.

I should give a four star, just for the two bedroom 1 bath, but the manager is great, just wish an assistant would stay around. Maintenance is fast enough, and all your neighbors cant catch you if you do something wrong, since most are well over 70.

My car broke down right Infront of this place recently I ended up walking in to let the office know I will be getting car towed the lady that was there named Rosa was so helpful and understanding she made it so much easier for me as I was already upset she offered water and a place to sit while I waited thank you Ms Rosa to your help💜
