This review is about the maintenance team at Villas. I’ve been living here for 10+ years and the maintenance team is amazing! Quick, friendly, and super hard working. I’d like to specifically shout out Adolfo. He responded to my service request first thing in the morning, made sure everything was fixed and even replaced my air filter! He’s so so nice and I appreciate him so much! Thank you Adolfo and the entire maintenance team at Villas for everything you do!

Lived here for 2+ years.Quiet location, everything nearby.Apartments are decent size at relatively reasonable cost.Gated access, package receiving service, clean parking lots and most importantly management is responsive.Left in 21, hope the broken washing machine incident doesnt happen quite often anymore.Given opportunity, Id move back.

I love living here. I love my neighbors!This is one of the best values in the city (in my opinion, and I have been looking). The maintenance team is great. The office staff is fun. It takes me about 12 minutes to get to work downtown in the morning. Im 2 years in and very happy.

Ive lived here for almost 5 years. Its a great complex with plenty of trees, two great swimming pools, hot tub, fitness room, and tennis courts. Not to mention an unbeatable location, about 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic) to downtown, close to all the cool East Austin spots, close to Muller, the Domain, etc. The rents are reasonable, the management is great and very responsive to maintenance requests. Family friendly, pet friendly, student friendly. A real mix of people, which is great. Management also holds tenant events and parties. The apartments are a bit older, but theyre in good condition and from what Ive seen lately, they are being updated. This is Austin and there are roaches at times, but I havent had a major problem with them here. The one time I called management about them, the issue was resolved within a week. Again, this is Central Texas so there will be roaches, especially in the summer. But, management is responsive and schedules regular preventative treatments. I highly recommend Villas of La Costa.

I am about to start my 10th year in the complex. Location is great for me and considering the location, it is nicely priced. The complex is well maintained and the community is always nice. Staff has always been helpful and quick to respond to service calls.

Lived here for a year, trees mean tree roaches. Price is great, the area is why. You do what you gotta do of course. The poor front desk had to deal with my roommate who was a lot-so shout out to them. Bathrooms are tiny no matter what. small kitchen, but living room is great! I still havent found an apartment with a closet as big for ANYWHERE NEAR the price here.

I can definitely recommend living here, the management was great while I lived here, the property was well maintained, maintenance was very prompt and helpful. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because the neighborhood around the apartments is a little shady and the units dont have washer and dryer. Still, I had a much better experience here than Im having in my current (significantly pricier) apartment.

Lived here three and a half years, not a single complaint. Management and Maintenance are very nice people. Everyone excels in doing their part to keep the property beautifully cleaned and maintained. Fellow tenants are very friendly as well, I love it here!

I loved living at Villas of La Costa. The team in the office was always so friendly and helpful as my living situation shifted over the span of my two years there. The grounds are well kept and residents pretty much keep to themselves, making it a peacefully quiet place to live. What I will miss most are my private night swims! Heading to the pool at 9:30pm for a half an hour of solo swimming was an absolute dream all summer.

Ive lived here for four years in two different apartments while going to UT. I think when reading reviews its important to keep in mind that people feel a lot more motivated to write bad reviews than good ones. For Austin I think these are good prices for good apartments.Considering Ive seen and learned about the prices and problems of tons of my peers living situations, I would rate this place very high. Thats not to say its perfect, and every unit and tenant will have their own problems that others wont.My first apartment had a very bad leaky window when it stormed, and as a student it takes a long un-fun bus ride to get to campus if you dont drive. The outside building facade is pretty bland and gross, and the kitchens are brown and small, but there are lots more positives than negatives. The upper floor apartments get lots of natural light, maintenance comes quickly when you put in a service request, no one is ever towed and theres always parking, management has always been kind and friendly to me and has always been willing to work through problems I might have - the list goes on.I regularly encourage my friends to move here. I know there are other living situations out there that are better, but for me these are a close second and finding that perfect place in a city like Austin is very hard. I think that I will only ever move out of these apartments when my income increases a good amount, so Id say dont count them out.

I give 5 stars because through our 1 year stay, we were very satisfied with the atmosphere that exists in this community.It is a very familiar place, without so much noise, people maintain due respect towards their neighbors.The work team is too effective, I widely congratulate each of them for carrying out their work with excellent quality in terms of requests, maintenance of each of the aminities that this community has, and because we receive the kindness from the moment we ask reports until the end of our contract.Thank you very much for everything Villas of La Costa and team.

Ive lived at Villas for the last six and a half years and theres a reason its been so hard to leave! The office staff truly cares about their residents (shoutout to Megan, Karla and Bridget!) and theyre quick to respond. Maintenance is fast and efficient. Quiet community. One of the biggest draws is that youre in an area that is a hop and skip away from everything - Mueller, the Domain, Downtown, etc. You get the convenience of being close to three major roadways to get you everywhere quick but dont have to pay a hefty price for it. Ill definitely miss living here.

I’ve lived here for about 2 years and I brag about my apartment complex all the time! Amazing staff, great maintenance, gated parking and there are always open spots, 2 pools and a hot tub, sand volleyball court, tennis court, GREAT location! Love this place!

This is the best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. The location may leave something to be desired, and Ive seen a few bad reviews about bug problems, but Ive lived in two apartments in this complex, and have never seen a roach or bug. Mostly just snails.The complex has a stronger sense of community than any other Ive ever lived in, with monthly newsletters that are charming and informative, quarterly complex parties and contests like Easter egg hunts and Christmas stoop decorating contests. The management are super friendly and always helpful. And maintenance, which Ive rarely needed, has always been polite, timely, and helpful.Its also super convenient to the Meuller shopping center, and its location by Lamar, 290, 35, and 183 makes getting anywhere super easy.I definitely recommend this complex to anyone whos looking.

This is our weekend AB&B 🤗Me and my girlfriend love taking late night strolls through the lighting bugs to the pool. Where its do peaceful at night. 🌌🌕And a plus is they have the biggest collection of rocks!😍Very friendly neighbors, they invite you to BBQ during this pandemic. Thoughtful!🍽🛎Its perfect.5 stars!! 🌠☀⭐

Love love looove Villas of La Costa!We are going for two years at this property and we are verypleased with the office staff Tia and Rachel they are very kind and helpfulvery Fun too! We love how it is so quite and peaceful and how clean the property always is... i read one of the comments that said that this apartments have roaches! Uhmm weve never seen one I think all depends how people keep their home. The only thing have a small tiny problem with is that in the two apartments i have lived in have fire places and i really really HATE fire places!! I dont use them i dont need them but other than that i love this apts and plan to stay here for quite a while.

Comfortable apartments, with excellent maintenance, with swimming pool and common recreation areas. They are not located in a good area, but they offer a lot to tenants.
