I’ve been a resident of villas de Penitas for almost 10 years. Never had a problem there. I love living there ,staff very nice, responsible and clean. Always checking maintenance any problems always fixed right away very lovely neighbors and great gated pool “safe “ very fair prices Love it.

Villas at Peñitas is a wonderful place to live. Ive been living in a 1-bedroom apartment since June 2022 and units have everything youd hope to have. Onsite laundry, a swimming pool, good neighbors and recently constructed units with minimal to no wear on them are just some of the elements that make these apartments a terrific value.The staff is very professional and decent with notifying residents about changes/planned work on the units. Ive yet to experience an issue with communication here.Peñitas is a growing area and only a few years ago would you find it hard to hear people say they could see themselves living here. However, today the recent development of stores and facilities make it a very affordable and quiet, blooming, residential area that a recent grad like myself can appreciate. Located right next to a Walmart, as well as several restaurants, with an elementary school (and high school down the road) I would imagine that this location makes an ideal place to raise a family.Overall, I really do enjoy having my apartment at Villas at Peñitas and do not anticipate that changing.

Villas at peñitas is a wonderful place to live in. Staff is very professional. The apartment are very nice and spacious.

Peaceful and quiet place. Its close to Walmart and eating places, bank, gas fillups. Beautiful place to live in.

I have lived here for 8 years, the place is nice, my children enjoy the pool and the games, the administration is always attentive to our suggestions and available to help in any way they can, they always take care to keep everything clean…

We highly recommend I lived from 2016 to 2023, safe and clean apartments and above all very friendly treatment from the office staff. I recommend them 100% that your stay there is very pleasant in every way, they have a very cool pool and their areas for children to play are safe. Highly recommended
