I’ve lived here for almost 5yrs. From day 1, I’ve been treated with the upmost respect and professionalism. They may have switched managers throughout the time, but it didn’t affect me at all. I guess it just depends on the person. However, Paige and staff are wonderful. They are always helpful and the ENERY, is by far the BEST. Easy to talk to always warm and welcoming not like managers I’ve had to deal with before.Whatever I need they try their very best to accommodate and keep me happy. The property is very clean which is what attracted me to the place A+ and it’s very quiet, which is also an A+…….Thanks so much Paige and staff for making me welcome and place feels like home😘

I’ve been living here at the Villages for over 8 months and I can honestly say this is one of the best apartment complex’s I have ever lived in. Paige and Hayden made the move in process so quick and easy. Made me feel like family since I’m from California. I would definitely recommend living here for future residents.

I have been living at the Villages for 6 months now and I have nothing but positive things to say. The platinum units are incredibly beautiful and look/feel luxury. The management team has been consistently helpful and friendly from the very start. In particular, Paige is a delight to interact with and always very responsive. While I havent had many maintenance issues, the few that have arisen were addressed quickly. The community is peaceful and I feel safe living here. In terms of cost, living expenses are generally high everywhere, but I find the cost at the Villages to be on par with other well-maintained apartments in the area. Overall, I highly recommend the Villages and so happy I made the decision to live here.

I’ve loved living here the past fews months. I had a million issues with my old apartment and came here needing to move in immediately. I’m super thankful Paige made my transition so easy and comfortable!! She’s been so friendly and helpful since my move in. My unit was newly renovated and super clean. I haven’t had any big maintenance concerns but the small ones I have had have been taken care of quickly. lots of extra bonuses because it’s in a good location, i’ve had no problems with my neighbors, and there is always parking!

I have been here for a solid week in my one bedroom apartment and am loving it. First of all, Paige made the application and lease signing easy and she is absolutely awesome and welcoming. These were the first apartments I looked at and she made the decision a no brained. I knew I belonged here. There were a few issues with my apartment when I moved in but the office manager got maintenance out quickly and everything was fixed without any fuss.I’m just enjoying my new place. I recommend these apartments because they are nice, taken care of and the leasing office staff is amazing.

Update: Went down to Lake Jackson for vacation. 3rd year in a row. Still focusing on relocation. This property is very clean, and staff is always professional and helpful. Definetly a first choice for an apartment. They seem to have great amenities for the price.While I dont live there or not yet. Am writing a positive review: I am looking to relocate to Lake Jackson and this was one of the places I looked at. Lots of amenities and professional staff. Very helpful with answering all questions.

My family could not be happier with our transition into this community. It felt like a friendly neighborhood from the moment we stepped onto the property with Paige. We love having her and Charissa as managers and neighbors - they are both so caring and amazing. We moved from a 2000sf house to a 3 bedroom apartment and my 2 teens and myself just love it. The layout is very thoughtful - we are not tripping over each other because we all have plenty of space. We have a walk in pantry with indoor washer/dryer. The kitchen is roomy with tons of counter and cabinet space. The kids bathroom is bigger than a lot of other places we looked at. The master bathroom has a big walk in closet and a garden tub. AND its all absolutely gorgeous. The quartz countertops and other finishes are high-end and beautiful. Our unit feels brand new and we felt at home immediately. Any time I have a question or need, Paige and Charissa are right on top of it. The workout room is well-equipped and never crowded; and when there are people at the pool, they are friendly and welcoming. This is a very nice place to live and my little family is so happy to be here.

Ive stayed at these apartments for 2 years and have to say these apartments were miles better than my last. When I turned in the keys there were no surprise or hidden fees. Paige and staff were always very helpful and met all our needs in a timely manner. Over my stay we had plumbing and ac issues (typical living maintenance) but were taken care of same day. Also the time my ac went out was on a Sunday and even on an off day they had me set up with a window unit within a few hours. Was a nice lil place to call home for 2 years.

I just moved in about a 2 weeks now and have to say that this place felt like home right when I walked in. Paige and Marlene are absolute fantastic, energized, friendly people I ever met. they are genuinely truly cares about their customers. Paige in the leasing office is amazing at what she does. Our unit is spacious and beautiful. I could not imagine myself anywhere else.

Paige is who dealt with us, from beginning to end. She has always been fantastic, energized, friendly and one of the few people Ive met that genuinely truly cares about her customers. We were in a 3 bed/2 bath, which compared to other local apartments, was reasonably priced and sized. As with all apartments, there are downfalls, but between Paige and corporate office personnel things got resolved. Overall the time there was satisfactory, they have great amenities, and very quiet. Our family size grew and unfortunately the apartment just couldnt meet our needs anymore, other than that it was an enjoyable stay while it lasted, and highly recommend anyone considering to work with Paige if at all possible.

I just moved here from another city, I applied online without even seen them first, I dontt regret it. I love this place, my apartment is beautiful, well kept, outside is quiet and location is excellent close to everything and pricing is affordable, I cant ask for more!!! I worked my move in with Charissa, she is a sweetheart and really cares about you as a resident, I also meet Paige, shes awesome too! they made me feel very welcomed, I love my new home 🏡!!

We love our new home at the villages. Beautiful units for a good price. Paige in the office was so helpful and amazing! I love the location and the atmosphere. We toured lots of places, but when we came to the villages we knew it was the place for us.

When we first moved in, we were throughly excited to have our own place. Sadly, after only a few months it took a turn for the worse and we hated living here. Within the time we spent at The Villages we had gone through several different managers, and I thought we would never see the end of excuses given to us about the condition our apartment complex was brought to. Finally! FINALLY! We have management that actually listen to our concerns and complaints. Who makes us feel like a community. Paige definitely brought change to The Villages so I hope you will give this place a chance despite the negative comments of past management. She is 100% worth a visit and your time!

I moved into one of the apartments there back in June. The staff there was very helpful and made sure I was well informed of all the policies at The Villages of Lake Jackson and went into detail with me over the contract before I signed it. Making sure I knew what it was saying and answered all my questions and concerns. Since then I have had a great experience. Quiet, and peaceful atmosphere. I always receive notifications through emails and text advising me of events and/or any issues or concerns well in advance. From day one Paige, one of the staff members, has been a delight. She always has a positive attitude every time I talk to her, and I mean every time! Some times I had even asked her a question or 2 when she was off the clock and still took the time to answer my questions. If you ever decide to stop by while looking for apartments make sure to ask for her. The positive attitude and great customer service is reflective of the management. Tijana Nelson is the current manager and has also helped me out in more ways than one, and has personally shown up to my apartment when I had a maintenance issue to make sure everything was ok. Staff is very involved. I am very satisfied with my stay here at The Villages of Lake Jackson

I have lived at the villages for going on 4yrs now in there has been multiple management in and out over my time here but this staff that is here now I can say is the best I have ever experienced Paige is very helpful and understanding on everything michelle is also great with fixing things asap if it can be done right away a great place to live if you every thinking of moving to Lake Jackson Tx you will not be disappointed.

Living at The Villages of Lake Jackson was very nice! They are upgrading apartments and very quickly take care of anything you need. Customer service from the office (Meagan and Nicole) is always quick, efficient and easy! Everyone is so polite and engaging. Maintenance is quick. Property is clean. The gate works 99% of the time. A lot of apartments have issues with this, so I was really happy about this. I definitely recommend this apartment complex.

The Villages are located right off of 288 easy access on and off of the expressway. I was looking for a short term lease and the staff was happy to oblige, due to my job. The staff is very helpful and understanding , the grounds are very well kept! My apartment will be ready 12/1 and Im so excited.

Beautiful property, great apartment and wonderful front office staff. Sharee M is so helpful and so amazing at what she does. She was so knowledgeable and made things easy for us not her! We truly thank her for that. The grounds are very well kept and the little extras make it even better. Gym (24 hour), pool, bathroom, shower, sauna, BBQ grills, tables, coffee bar are such a nice added bonus!

WHAT A TREASURE!The management and staff at the Villages of Lake Jackson greet you with a warm smile and they are always cordial and helpful! They are always attentive and concerned about your needs. During office hours there is free coffee and on Fridays there are free grilled hot dogs.There are security gates that keep out trespassers, unwanted traffic and solicitors. I feel safe here. My unit is quiet and the complex as a whole is quiet.We have a beautiful pool with a serene waterfall and a comfortable pool area with dual barbecue pits. We have a gym with showers and a SAUNA!We have a dog park and valet trash pick up. I have quick response to maintenance problems.Come to the Villages of Lake Jackson and feel pampered!!!

The Villages are great! They have great floor plans for 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. I have a friend who lives there and loves it. The front office is decorated so nice and the staff is easy to work with.

Lived here at the villages of lake jackson for almost 4 years, great apartments. Nice apartments, work orders get done on time, respectful employees and parking is easy. Also easy access to a nice gas station and no traffic waits to get home from work. I recommend this place for a nice, no drama apartment that you can bring company over to.
