Have nothing but great things to say about Jay! He was able to set me up with a Brand New home and get me approved 2 months ago even while I was still at my current apartment so I knew not to renew my lease at the apartment and finally have some piece and quiet in a House!The whole process was super easy and now for the hardest part… Moving!

From the moment I read details of the property I knew this is what I was looking for. Walked in on a Saturday late morning and Jay was so helpful . He was super professional, kind and could answer all my questions. He has great knowledge of the property, surrounding areas, credentials needed and details about what to expect. His ability to put the lease together and return all emails in a timely manner is rare . If you’re looking for a place to live, please consider coming to see Jay . The property is beautiful, new, great location and a growing location at that . Schools are within walking distance. Elementary in the neighborhood, middle school and Highschool less than 5 minutes away. Not to mention the amenities.Thank you Jay for your help and doing it in a timely manner!

At first we were not sure about the location due to where our son and daughter play sports. We decided to go see Jay on a Saturday. Jay welcomed us and was very attentative. We had the 2 kids and he showed them the same hospitality. We had a lot of questions and Jay was very patient and he answered all.of our questions. We wanted to see several different units and he took time to show us them all with no rush at all. With the way Jay treated us we got approved and are moving to Graniger Pines. You cant find customer service like this anymore. Thank you Jay!

We walked in, looking for a new place to call home, and Jay, the leasing professional, welcomed us. He was very much polite and ready to assist. The community was beautiful, with the walk paths, trees, and the splash pad for my kiddos! We leased on the spot, and I highly recommend that if you are looking for a community in the area, this community is for you. My family and I are thrilled to move in next week.

My family and I had to move due to our last place pipe bursting right before Christmas and spending weeks without running water, so we came to Granger Pines and met with Jay. We told him our situation and he spent over an hour with us explaining the process, answering questions, and physically showing us the homes. We were able to take our pick from a selection of all brand new homes that no one ever lived in. We were approved within days and given the keys. We dont even have to cut our front or back yard cause it is covered in our rent fee. We met our neighbors and everyone is very friendly and family oriented over here. Kids are actually riding their bikes in this neighborhood. Dont see that as much these days. The Elementary school is walking distance from my house on Wheeler dr. We got in on a great special and are very pleased with living here so far. Jay always answers the phone when we call and responds to emails quickly when he is able. We pay less here than we paid for our old place and we have a bigger home here that is brand new and we dont have to cut the yard. No one can beat this deal. Come check us out and ask for Jay.
