I absolutely love living here, the community is quiet, well maintained and the leasing agent Kayla really cares about the people in the community and is always willing to bend over backwards for us. Come in and talk to Kayla, you won’t be disappointed!

Kayla has been amazing. My husband and I were very indecisive on the home we wanted. We made various changes, which she accommodated us last minute to settle on a home. The service here at Caney Mills is amazing, they don’t leave you hanging but walk you through the whole process. My family and I enjoyed meeting Brooklyn who is the person who will be helping you along the way she was so nice and kind to us. She is very informative and always available for a phone call to answer a questions. This community is very nice and quiet, with the city no too far from home. Honestly the entire office staff is nice but come see for yourself. Oh and let me not forget to mention I love my new home!

Alexis was wonderful her personality and professionalism are one of a kind! I’m a teacher relocating to a new city and this is the place I can see myself raising my children. Any question I could think of was answered and anything i needed to know or didn’t know I need to know Alexis gave me lots of information. I love everything from the environment to the staff

This experience has been nothing less than amazing! I have gone through the process with Brooklyn mostly and have briefly spoken with Alexis but each and everytime I have spoken with these women it has been nothing less than great! My process was unique and I had a lot work that needed to be done before my move ( because of me) and Brooklyn was there for me and my mother throughout the entire process, constantly keeping us updated and letting up know our next steps! Even the Welcome letter is detailed and giving you everything you need to know! I am proud to call this place my home and raise my beautiful kids in this community with that cares and values what they do!! Great place and will 100% recommend

My lease was coming to an end at my old house. I searched google for great homes in the Conroe area. Village of Caney mills popped up. I decided to give them a call to learn more about their homes. Alexis answered the phone and told me everything I needed to know she answered all my hundreds of questions lol. She explained everything to the T. After talking with her I quickly did an application for a house. After getting approved for the house she went out her way with calling/ sending emails making sure my family and I was updated on everything as far as move in cost. What to expect after move in. She definitely made us feel comfortable. AlexisTHANK YOU for going above and beyond We really appreciate you.

This neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet. Allison assisted us from the beginning and has continued to be our helping hand. Honestly, in my opinion, everything gets done correctly the first time when it goes through Allison. If Allison isn’t taking care of it then I usually just wait until she’savailable to take care of it.

I live here is this area very nice the leasing office is amazing they work with you, as long as your communicating with them. Easy to go to and make sure all of your questions are answered. If they are not available they will call you! Great place to live.
