The staff at Lauren are amazing and have been very helpful with everything I need. They took over in December and have already made so many healthy changes to the property that have been needing to be addressed for years. A big thank you to Dominique, Susan, Maya, and Carlos for being such a great office staff!

The Veranda at City View management has been nothing but excellent to me. Any issues I’ve had, they were able to get back to me in a timely manner. The staff is always so nice and supportive and it makes you feel heard. I’d like to thank Megan for doing such a wonderful job from my move in, up until now she’s always been helpful and made sure my son and I had everything we needed. Overall I would recommend living here!

My husband and I have lived at this complex since June of 2020 (back when it was Verandas at CityView). Weve seen alot of turnover in management/ownership but the current management & owners are so amazing! They respond to emails and maintenance requests in a timely manner & are so friendly and helpful. Definitely a breath of fresh air compared to previous staff. The new management has already made positive changes to the property like landscaping and trash clean up. Appreciate everything yall are doing at Lauren Apartmens!

Since the property has transitioned into Lauren Luxury, so any wonderful improvements have been made around the community. Dominique, the Assistant Community Manager, has been an absolute JOY. Not to mention, she has been extremely helpful in providing me with the information I need regarding my unit, etc. I look forward to the continued renovations, and the support that’s given from the management team.

I recently moved into Verandas City View, and I absolutely love the environment here! The community is peaceful and quiet, especially at night, which is such a nice change from my last place. There were a couple of minor issues when I first moved in, but they were addressed the same day. Big shout out to Bralon for making the whole move-in process super easy, and to the other lady in the office for being so helpful. I’m really happy with my choice to live here!

I’ve lived in this apartment community for going on 3 years, and I can honestly say that within the last couple of months , the management team has been phenomenal. They’ve really stepped in and stepped up!! Making sure residents are taken care of and that the property is well-maintained.Today I saw Bralon the Assistant manager picking up trash around the community that should just show you how much they care. I recently took a look at some of the reviews and I was honestly at a loss for words. Many of the negative ones just don’t reflect the reality I’ve experienced here. It feels like some of these complaints come from people who may not be getting exactly what they want, or those who often try to take advantage of situations, as they tend to do in life.I want to personally thank the office team for always addressing issues promptly and professionally. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and I appreciate all that you do to make this community a great place to live. Thank you!!!!

Genuinely an amazing living experience. Been here for about three years now and it is great. The bedrooms are separated from neighboring apartments and the prices are fair for the size/area we are in. There are minor inconveniences here and there like anything in life but nothing that is unbearable. Definitely worth giving it a look if you’re looking for a place to settle down for a moment

The new management has been wonderful. They have heard my concerns and issues from prior management and have taken action to get these things corrected for me. They have all made an effort to get to know me and have all between office and maintenance, been pleasant to work with. They have been trying very hard to get issues and things corrected at the community that have gone to the wayside the last few years under prior management.

I absolutely love the new management that the verandas is under now🥹 everyone, especially Megan Johnstone has been so extremely helpful and understanding when it comes to me trying to find my first and best apartment, like Im genuinely excited, the floorplans in my opinion are gorgeous and cozy at the same time, no matter what happens Ill definitely be super grateful and remember this experience that they have given me with starting a new chapter in my life💕✨💙🧸

I recently visited this property and what I saw in comparison to other properties was pretty nice. It looked clean and I did not see any glaring issues. The manager, Ashlee, was very nice and was honest about areas that were being worked on, like the landscaping, which was reassuring. I would say its not the best property Ive seen, but I would put it in my top 3 for the area.

I have been here for 4 years now and frankly have been very disappointed until now. We are now on our 4th manager and we really want to keep this manager! Her name is Ashley and we are very pleased with the way she has come here and taken charge of a not so good situation. She has shown that she truly cares about the people that live here. I’ve lived at Verandas for a few years in two separate apartments even and have nothing but positive things to say. I see a lot about change in management, I imagine this would bring some growing pains but the thing I’ve noticed most is improvements both interior and exterior. Some of the low reviews I’m reading seem ridiculous and I think people need to keep in mind that apartment complexes are huge and their problem isn’t the only problem. The maintenance team and office staff are friendly and professional and seem to be just trying to do their job. Great location, nice community, and have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Don’t plan to leave any time soon!

I had a great experience living here. If my job was closer I would have stayed. Very calm neighborhood. Everything was close by. Across from Albertsons, walmart was down the road. Target was 5 min away if that. Places to eat and drink all around. Gas stations around the corner. I would order stuff online and my packages would be at my front door. Never had issues with my packages. The other residents I had met were very friendly.

Oh my gosh!!! I freaking LOVE Kaylee!! She is so sweet and she cares about all of her residents. She does a wonderful job maintaining the look and feel of the community here. She has a great time that works very hard!
